Ranieri, Vardy, Mahrez, Kante, Albrighton, Drinkwater and King have all been back since, left recently or still involved.

 

£25 to clap half the starting XI that you don't even know are going to be there is a big ask. It's a proper shit show.

Even if everyone was paying £25 (obviously some will be paying more and kids will be paying less) that's £107,725.

 

The now closed blocks had had 451 unavailable seats when I checked last week.

 

What a shit show.

Everything still screams a lack of leadership and paralysis at every level of the club. 
 

The simplest tasks now appear insurmountable obstacles. 
 

Common sense tells you this match must not and should not go ahead. 
 

We can still celebrate 10 years though a series of smaller events, QandA sessions, video montages, prize draws, meet and greets etc. 

 

I suspect our delusional management structure at the start of the season envisioned a match between the current all conquering squad fresh off the back of winning the championship v the 2015/16 squad as we all cheered and clapped. As the season slipped away paralysis ensued; the ‘we promote’ next season mindset guided everything and now we find ourselves preparing for a reality that never came to pass.

I keep finding myself laughing just thinking about this when I see the thread pop up.

 

No matter how bad you think the club are at planning and general decision making they’ll always find a way to go further lol

You just know King Power will try and use the support of 15-16 players to convince fans they are the way forwards. No way Top and co bringing back good times even if that equates to getting back to Championship.
