Top isn't going to come out and say im firing the whole lot and going scortched earth and selling the club.

I genuinely feel like this twat has left the club in everyone else's hands and doesn't have a clue what to do now.

We will see where things go financially but if he doesn't want to sell up the he needs to seek help from real football people and start listening to fans.  Ya i know, unlikely.

Top, if you don't sack rudkin at all you are a complete an utter clueless twat.

Get some proper football people in. Get back to basics. Get back to the city way. Wake up ffs.

Hes going to be forced into taking action now I'd bet.

It's gotten fairly hostile down there since Swansea.

Not that I'd have any confidence in him turning this around.

He didn't accept any responsibility himself, Only that he let us down.

I don't want Top to be disappointed he let us down that's a given.

What I wanted him to do was to do the right thing and fix the problems before it went this far.

By appointing  proven professional Football people to the Key positions within the Club.

Had you done that 3 years ago we wouldn't be where we are right now.

Get Pearson back not necessarily as Manager but to rebuild the Clubs Football structure again.

That would be a big starting point and prove to Fans you are genuinely setting about fixing things for the future.

He doesnt know any though, thats the problem. Hes not a football man. Rudkin is the one who he allows to control the club

I actually genuinely think he will get rid of Rudkin now. I realise that could probably be my most naive view ever but it's just reached that point where even he must realise it's last resort time.

Will be the same leadership when we drop to league 2 next summer... administration won't come soon enough... force them, owner EVP, board out!

Doubt it.

All I took from Elm/Steve videos was that Top appears very ready to agree that the players have let us/him down.

To me that says he's looking at it as an isolated issue which starts and ends with this group of players.

As we know, the issues run far, far deeper than the playing squad.

That’s disappointing. Had a chance to really say some decent stuff and just asked for him to give us more ChatGPT rubbish.

I didn’t speak at all in this video as wanted to make sure it was captured so other fans could hear what he had to say (not much), but I think there was a fear that if we said something even slightly too negative he would’ve just walked off, and wanted to make sure we could at least express to him how much he’s ruined this club for the fans. It wasn’t planned out and was a pretty crazy situation we didn’t really expect to be in so I don’t think anyone really knew what to say or do

Interesting post from a Leeds fan, which I agree with, its the opposite of how Top wants the team built.

Prioritise big players.

Avoid too many technical players.

Fitness and mobility priority for training.

Strong players.

Get used to lumping it up front instead of playing out of the back.

Who acquired most of that playing squad, a lot of the issues stem from Rudkin. The guy is toxic and useless. I won’t have it that’s he’s done anything good.

wonder who is buying all the expensive flops and setting their contracts

==

Rudkin’s recruitment has been no better, with expensive flops Patson Daka, Oliver Skipp, Jannik Vestergaard and Harry Souttar adding to a wage bill that topped £200 million (AU$377 million) in 2023 and reportedly contained no clauses to reduce salaries upon relegation.

If Top won't sell, which I don't think he will, then we have to get a Manager in that will take as much responsibility and running of the club away from him as humanly possible.

He needs to sack Rudkin immediately, and bring in a Manager who has an established backroom staff and a decent history of running a football club in his image i.e a bit of a control freak.
Of course, that could backfire and we get the wrong kind of control freak (Russel Martin), but with a bit of luck, we can get someone who can build this club from bottom to top, in a much better way than Top and Rudkin have done.
If Top and Rudkin continue to have too much control, then I am not even sure we will get out of League 1

**** me. What a weak statement. He can add his PR team on his list of people to face the sack.

Can you sack AI? Maybe he can get AI to actually run the club for him instead of Rudkin.
