Next few games are vital for him, if we don't start making headway in November toward the playoffs, he's in trouble. Have to get the defence organized, that's 11 conceded in home matches v Burton, Peterborough, Oxford and Stevenage.  It's not good enough.

Start the campaign. Ralph ticks a lot of Tops boxes funnily enough, he was quite methodical at Southampton but he attacked with pace and pressed hard. 
We get promoted with Ralph. Let the Southampton reject trend continue.

I’ve been trying to remain patient given the change in squad and the size of task. I was never in favour of him being signed but thought we had to give him a decent crack.
