Still can’t do that, it’s a red imo, and Bruno is very lucky to not get at least a yellow for the initial kick when he was on the ground.

For an experienced ref it really is naive. Fernandes has played them both like a fiddle

Yeah I know but Fernandes' effort is on par imo. Punishment should be the same for both

Agreed It just looked like he was trying to get up in an hurry because of the kick he received

Yeah, I don't see how one kick can end up with no punishment and the other is a red card.

 

I know the rule is probably there to stop a punch up after a bad tackle but that just seemed disproportionate.

Danny Murphy cleared it up by saying it was right as Bruno kicked down whilst Foden kicked up. Lots of people showing their ignorance of the rules not knowing that.

There's really no good result in that one, wish they could both lose, but realistically F*rest aren't going down this year, would far rather the misery is piled on for the Chavs and they end up being a historically bad footnote

I'm amazed VAR hasn't seen anything doing got the Fernandes kick. 

 

Either they both get booked, both get a red or both get nothing.
