The social media stuff is always crap, not sure if it's the players or the media guys though. Other clubs the players seem to genuinely like them, ours look annoyed by them

Last years felt a lot more natural, had a new employee, young girl, asking more interesting questions.

Worrying that the absolute wet wipe who does the TV/Video coverage has turned up today, that suggests to me cuts/other roles taking on those responsibilities. 

He'd have been first on the chopping block for me, but as standard the club look to be protecting longer standing employees over young/new talent.

(Note: It has to be said that doing it in the swimming pool for grade 4/5 was EVEN WORSE  (I only managed Grade 4 because of it.))

Honestly this part of pre season is the best part. Lots of exciting faces such as Braybrooke, Aluko, Nelson, Alves, Jayden Joseph etc. Even having a new manager in Martin who hasn't had the life sucked out of him yet is exciting.

 

 

It's when Winks, Skipp and Faes all come back mardy after their deals have fallen through that my mood is going to plummet.

That’s such a really poor social media post for both our own social media team but also the players 

 

zero connection, zero vibes, no rapport from the Media team and half the players looked fed up 

 

it’s hard sometimes to get sucked into reading too much into these things, I know things are low right now, we are in league one, players are returning to start preparing for league one, it sucks, but throwing a passionless, empty dull media post out like this just doesn’t help the recharge
