Book value means zilch this season for financial rules we are under, especially on players with only a year left. It's probably whether we owe anything still to Reims.

 

Surely if we could get a nominal fee and his wages covered then just do it.

Good point, but we likely have to pay him off, if he's not ask to leave, loyalty bonus etc.

 

So will have to cover that.

It's weird the club are so convinced he's going, so much so he's been out of the squad for about a month, but we haven't had a single rumour leaked about him.

On Football Weekly they were saying that he’s refused to play in League One. He’s one of the reasons we’re in League One, the stupid Sideshow Bob-looking Motherclucker.

If he's refusing to play he is ultimately on strike, so stop his wages

Surely, if true,  this would constitute a breach of contract?  This being the case, can't they simple agree to mutually terminate the relationship??

Brussel said he was very professional (strokes hair) in preseason and fabulous (strokes hair) with the academy players.
