I am camping in a remote Glen in Scotland with no wifi.  I just walked 20 minutes to get some signal and find out the score.

I know almost none of us wanted Martin because of this very reason. 

 

Its tough to understand how you come back from this though, its an extremely worrying result, given his reputation in the game, things needed to stay on a positive trajectory.

But hes just sunk us to our lowest ever point, good teams, well run and organised teams lose games, it happens, they do not get battered 4-0 at home to teams who had a transfer ban in a league they have double the budget of any other club. And unfortunately for Martin we've seen this play out at Southampton and Rangers. 

 

Im trying not to be over the top as I get its just one game, but we've all watched enough football to know these are the results that say you are bang in trouble.

Honestly what have we become, this club is really a joke and it’s embarrassing. 😳 completely humiliated in League One at home. A new all-time low, it gets worse, anyone thinking League Two isn’t possible, still haven’t woken up to what is going on here.

Oxford have just shown you how to play football, where you run, pass the ball to your own team. Have hunger and desire to win a game. 
No big stars or pre-madonnas in their side. 
Just a hunger to fight for each other, the badge and the fans. 
 

Not one of you are better than this league and some of you should never play football again. 
You get paid no matter how lazy, bone idle and poor you play, but how about having some pride and passion. Play for the badge on the front of the shirt, not the crap name on the back. 
 

it comes to something when the young lads are showing more hunger then the experienced players who should know better. But I guess when being led by an inept manager who has got no clue and style of play not suited to this league I guess we’re all screwed.

It’s funny that the fans knew he’d be a dreadful appointment. The fans knew Cullen, Burns etc would be rubbish signings but the well paid experts at the club didn’t. 
 

It makes you wonder how these people have jobs in football
