Sadly the FA, and the PL won't take any action that could result in loss of revenue because Sky, and football channels across the world effectively control the club's income, never mind the huge sponsors involved. Fans won't stop going either. They have no sense guilt or cheating.

I think Manchester was pretty wealthy before Burnham was elected mayor.

The confidence of the Man City owner in his most recent statement makes me wonder what they’re planning. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s overturned yet.

 

I have no doubt Man City are guilty, but money and geopolitics are at play and let’s face it they usually come out on top.

You can’t use cause and effort as the point of a legal challenge. 
 

It would be like Forest in 2004/2005 saying the reason they were relegated to League 1 is because Leicester were not punished in 2002/2003 when going in administration 

 

Or do Chelsea have a claim on the FA Cup when we won’t it because it’s further proven that we were cheating FFP?

Trestellar is effectively the same thing what we did back in 2013/14. Set up a shell company, pump mystery money through it and claim a contract for some non existent nonsense

So big business is going to get involved in what essentially is a fraudulent enterprise. 

 

Unlikely, unless it's all underhand which, if caught out, would be even more catastrophic for all.
