Nugent - failed in prem Vassell - big question mark Waghorn - a long way short on quality and experience Howard - too old and slow Sclupp - Way too young Then the targets Maynard and long - not proven but may be worth a gamble Heskey - past it Yakubu - expensive and lazy Maybe we should just go for loans again upfront to get us there then go for proven premier league players who would want to play for us????
