Mickey O'Neil Posted 28 June 2011 Posted 28 June 2011 Well as soon as we have actual confirmation that Maynard is hunting for bigger game, maybe time to start turning towards people who actually want to play for us, not people who risk going out of their depth at the deep end they call the Premier League. I agree. What's the harm in wanting players like Neil Danns who want to play on the PL and believe they can do it with us? Maynard needs to take a reality-check. It's not like the PL teams are queuing up for him. In fact, I hope Brizzle end up keeping him and then he ****s off for free to somewhere else.

I think we should stretch the offer only 2.5M at highest I don't want us to panic and fork out a massive amount of money as I think it would be too big a gamble to take. 08-09- 42 games- 11 goals 09-10- 42 games- 20 goals 10-11- 13 games- 6 goals If Bristol Shitty I mean City want ridiculous money for him then I think we should look at other targets, e.g. Ricardo Fuller.
