How many times is Rivas going to try that overhand right?

Till it finds its mark or the bell sounds at the end of round 12 I’d imagine. More than likely the latter. Good start to that round from Rivas but an excellent display from Whyte so far. I don’t know how Haymons managed to keep him away from wilder for coming up for 2 years with him at no.1 with the WBC but hats off to him. They won’t be able to hide for much longer:

£20 for Whyte vs Rivas

£13 for Pacquiao vs Thurman

lollollol

Sky are a joke.

Well no they are both jokes. Sky will make a lot more money and have more orders than ITV will though, beggars belief they have that fight on ppv full stop and I should imagine it will do very, very poorly.

Thurman is unknown outside of stricter boxing fans in this country, Pacqiuiao is 40 odd and the fights at 4am.

Well well. Fair play Manny, oldest welterweight champion in history.

Yeah, brilliant stuff from Pac. Was rooting for him but was concerned due to his age - At 40, even though he might have a great body and look good in training videos, there's always that chance age catches up on the night. Thankfully it didn't though he had to work for it!

Of course some people will say Thurman's problems with injury, inactivity and his lacklustre win over Lopez had some bearing. But the fact is he was undefeated, the longest current reigning welterweight champ and much younger than Manny. Having the chance to defeat a legend, one would imagine would have bolstered him somewhat. If Keith comes back better from this it will only enhance Pac's legacy as well.

That's Loughborough University finished as well if he has indeed been doping.

Probably not doping in boxing is a minor offence compared to other sports rather ridiculously.

What would have happened if Whyte had put Rivas in a coma and then it turned out the BBBC knew about a positive drug test before the fight took place?

That's the bit the makes me question whether this is a made up story, surely they wouldn't let the fight go ahead.

How's Eddie Hearn gonna wriggle his way out of this one? There should be a complete zero tolerance, one strike and your out rule for drugs cheats in boxing (or any sport)

What if Dadashev's opponent was juiced? Not saying he did at all but it's so dangerous

Let’s see what he tested positive for and then judge , but Whyte has form and AJ seemed to crumble in america once the testing was not under matchroom control
