You may aswell be asking does NP want to stay in a job.

I do know that Sharp is not bothered about the money so people that think he's holding out for more cash are wrong this guy would play for the same as what he's on at Donny if he thought it was a right for him he is a top bloke. Not bothered by the money? He was demanding 28k per week, we offered him 20k. To be fair I don't think he want to leave Donny, think he just wants a better contract. Oh and he is not worth 3 million and never will be, he's not that good and am glad we won't sign him. What we really need is 2 wingers and a creative midfielder

You've said it yourself in your post, 'This season is over', so why not treat this transfer window getting in the player you want to build the team with, get the playing together now, gelling now, getting a good team spirit and hopefully some winning mentality? Granted this transfer window is shorter than the summer, and it's easier said than done but lets ship the deadwood out before the rot sets in and go somewhere towards reabuilding this team, even if we go half way towards rebuilding now and finish the puzzle in the summer there will be no excuse for the players not gelling or settling in. We have to be ruthless. Who the **** are we going to sign in January??? Torres and Carroll were panic buys in a January transfer window and have done sod all! Nobody will sell to us. Then there's the point that the new players will have NO time to settle or become a TEAM. I'm not saying we do nothing. But now isn't the time for a revolution, we have to be patient and get it right. Otherwise, we'll end up worse off than we are now. I just hope Top gives Pearson more time that some of you would. Please dont turn on him like you have the players and like we did with Sven.

I don't blame him for the situation we are in, but I will blame him, question him and don't understand why he hasn't done anything pro-active to change this situation. He may be, there may be things in the pipeline, there may be a few signings to come but until they get confirmed and until we see signs of change either in or out (Because losing some of these players, even without replacing them could be seen a positive moves) I will continue to have the frustration and ask the question.

There were rumours Sven had lost the dressing room, this obviously still hasn't been addressed and rectified, this is where I say getting rid of a few players (Deadwood) who are obviously disrupting the dressing room would be a positive move, even if they are not replaced instantly.

People will still be harping on about that it is X manager's fault, when secretly the like of Wellens the main instigator for dressing room shambles will be whispering in Top's ear saying get rid of NP. The deadwood need to removed once and for all they are a cancerous entity and it is sucking the life out of this club.

There maybe a them and us situation down there. The fact that Pearson has come back, and turned to his old signings, and insisted to carry on playing them, despite them being out of form, and poor results and performances, will have not have helped. The recall of wellens to the team yesterday, at the expense of Abe, who had been decent recently, is a case in point. It was like Pearson couldn`t wait to get "Richie" back into the team. Now that may well look to svens signings, like he is favouring his old players. This is why, Pearson coming back, especially with so many of his old players still being here, maybe wasn`t the best decision the club has ever made. That said, despite my misgivings, i do think that eventually Pearson will get things right, but it will take one hell of a clearout, and may well take more time than he is likely to get.

If we sign somebody I think will be a load of bollocks they might end up good ha Also its quite nice to see such loyalty...the guy is a breath of fresh air...and hopefully will take many points off of our rivals for us
