Jimmy Posted 28 January 2012 Posted 28 January 2012 He is too good for that shit team if it keeps SSL sweet until the summer and then comes back happy to fight for his place without a major tournament coming up it wouldn't be the worst idea as I'm starting to doubt Tunchev will be here next season and we could lose someone like Bamba too

True. As we have the most fickle fans in the world!!!!! He is a very good left sided centre half.... As stated before we are LCFC and last time I looked we was a mid table championship side .... But I love em!!!!!

He's played well in the African Nations Cup and I wouldn't be surprised if a European club tried to sign him while he's over there (there've been links with Paris St Germain in the past). With talk of Wes Morgan AND James Chester coming (and Sky Sports has reported both as likely bids - ie not some 'pie-in-the-sky' speculation), a Centre Back (or two) has got to be on their way out. It doesn't sound like it will be St Ledger now, it won't be Mills - it could be Bamba (AND Tunchev, now he's fit again ?).

A lot of his life saving blocks and tackles go unnoticed to be fair his distribution is poor at times. In my opinion mills has been our best centre half this season I'm a big bamba fan but his decision making at times is awful and we look a lot better without him SSL and mills is the partnership for me no question. As for Morgan I'd like to see him sign good competition for places is healthy.

Agree with everything you've just written here mate, except the SSL and Mills partnership, I'd like to see Morgan given a chance too, but naturally that will come if hes signed and one of them gets an injury/suspension.. Mills has been good, regardless of his price tag.

He has all the attribures, can tackle, take playes on, pick a pass and can drive forward when nescessary. The Hibs fans even said hat his best performances for them was when he was in central midfield. Imagine him sweeping up with Danns as his partner, swapping occasionally. He has all the ingredients to be a top defensive midfielder.
