martyn Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Didn't show anywhere near the required quality to break them down. Disappointing.
Corky Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Frustrating game Final Score - 0-0 Season over? I reckon so. Great opportunity to catch up and we didn't take it.
Jace Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 I got a feeling I may go crazy tonight especially if I see 1 more season over/ season not over yet thread started
21st Century Fox Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 A lot of dejected looking players who've lost thousands in promotion bonuses.
The Padster Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Season over? 4 points off the play-offs? Don't be daft lad.
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 One of the most negative away performances I have ever seen, but we should still be able to break them down. No excuses.
Bryn Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Staggering lack of ambition from Forest, they came to park the bus and we were always gonna struggle with the lack of creativity in our centre midfield.
The Doctor Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Really needed to win. There's still 7 games to play, and only 4 points off, so there's still hope, but I think we've left ourselves too much to do now.
Guest Bilo Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 0-0. Disappointing but other results going our way mean the play-off aim is still clinging on to life. Really could have done with those extra two points though, we'd have been 8th and ahead of Hull by goal difference now. Missed opportunity.
dave the caveman Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Mid-table players, mid-table manager, mid-table result. We need to win every game from now on, unless we are extremely lucky and can afford to drop two more points. Realistically we need to win every game. It's over. It has been over for months.
p_kam Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 forest where there for the taking, but as normal city showed no real treat and willingness to win.
Foxhateram Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 a point closer if results go our way. Forest are on form, we should have won but didn't lose. It's still on!
Milton Keynes Fox Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 I said before the game we HAVE to win against hull, forest and peterborough to have a real chance..season over for me now and i was optimistic. We lacked penetration in the final third and forest came for the draw
cc_star Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Frustrating after a good 4 points from 6 from our last 2 tricky games against main rivals. Forest parked the buss & we couldn't break them down Couldn't makeit 5, but we've had 4 homes wins on the bounce & is the most we've had since 2002.... 10 years ago. Bloody Pearson Makes Danns' stupid challenge stand out for being even more stupid. 4-fvcking-games FFS
Big Dave Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 Cannot believe how negative the Florists were. Very difficult to break down such a defensive team.
The People's Hero Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 The season isn't over till its over, but there were no clues in that performance that we are worthy of the top six. Not an awful result especially considering we only have one fit central midfielder currently.
Guest Bilo Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 4 points off the play-offs? Don't be daft lad. 6 if Birmingham beat Doncaster on Friday, game in hand would put them above Middlebrough.
MC Prussian Posted 27 March 2012 Posted 27 March 2012 What a crap game. F"3w5st had a plan, we didn't. Poor, poor tactics and apart from a few showstoppers in the first an absolutely piss-poor performance. Again we made it hard for ourselves against opposition from the bottom half of the table. And all that on a night when a few other results went our way. Bring on Peterborough...
