New series of Gangs of London is as violent as the previous ones!

Should have left it after season 1, which was brilliant with some iconic scenes.

Season two was frankly utterly, utterly ridiculous, so to even imagine a season three...

Yeah it was class, what a show it’s become.

Apparently there are plans to show in schools. Also Gareth Southgate's Dimbelby lecture.

Just finished Adolescence, very interested and thought provoking. The three episodes were very well acted and maybe highlights what a scary modern world we live in. Parents in particular seem to incapable of controlling their children and unable to know what they do behind closed doors. It's a programme that all parents and teenage kids should watch. Certainly shows that parents do need to know what their children are doing and where they are going, who they hang out with.

Yesterday I was Kirby Muxloe at the football and there was about 100-150 youths probably aged between 12-16. There agenda was to cause much problems as possible. Trying to start fights and abusing opposition fans and OAP find himself being abused for just walking by the stand, it was noted by many that most of the youths were on summit, some said there a lot of youths who looked under age drinking alcohol. Of course where were their parents.... certainly not there. When the lads come back late... do the parents ask them where they been?... do the parents even care?.... or is it this modern attitude of their just young lads having a laugh? My question is if anyone on this forum for anyone has kids, if you find out that your child had been doing some sort of anti social behaviour what would you do?

As a parent of two teenage kids of similar age, Adolescence was a tough watch.

Not exactly 'feel good' TV though, jeez. How sad and depressing.

Stephen Graham might just be the best actor of his generation btw.

I feel the same way as you. I think it cuts that little bit deeper having children.

It’s a rough but excellent watch.

Regarding young lads having a laugh.  For too long this has been trotted out as an excuse for different levels of anti social behaviour.

Adolescence has rightly illustrated the concerns about young men. What I have also been alarmed about was the very recent case of 3 teenage girls charged with the manslaughter of a 75 year old man attacked at 11.35pm in North London. Apparently they got off at a bus stop where the man was waiting. There was a brief exchange and the girls started to make off but returned to attack him.

Adolescence is good but the one shot format makes it hard to watch imo.

Stephen Graham the goat however as usual.

Haven't watched the final episode yet, but enjoying the formats ability to maintain an emotional context, for lack of better phrasing. Personally, felt like it pulled me right into the chaos.

Just flew through the third and fourth season of 'The Boys' after sacking it off since the end of season 2. Good bit of ridiculous entertainment to have on whilst I was working.

Need to find something else fairly mindless to have on in the background now.

Said it before but Gen V it’s a spin off of The Boys very enjoyable 👌

Finished adolescence I thought it was decent but I’ll be honest, don’t think it would have this much hype and praise around it if it was just on ITV. Some of the acting is great, the dialogue is a bit off in places though.

It would be given large parts of it are improvised.

Think it’s excellent personally

Watched the first 3 eps of Last One Laughing and it's sooo good. Bob is great, but I thought Joe Wilkinson's RNLI speech was the highlight so far... Superb.

Looking forward to the rest tomorrow night.😭
