Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Bamba wasn't that bad for the money we bought him on 250 grand remember? which people seem to forget in the time he was with us he became an Ivory Coast International and now plies his trade in Turkey with a team of European caliber. Was he that Bombscare no imo did his antics cost us any goals not that I can remember, certainly wasn't that bad in the grandscale of things. He'd already picked up the best part of 20 caps for the Ivory Coast prior to signing for City - he didn't become an international 'with us' as such.

Not only that you would pick him over Whitbread any day. Whitbread now there really is a bomb scare .
5waller5 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Shame if Danns is off .... I liked him, thought he was a decent player.
Adster Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 neil danns â€@dannzy1 Bristol city on a months loan all, done, looking forward to getting some games under my belt :-) Expand
5waller5 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Fair enough for all parties as a month's loan - he could come back fit and raring to go for us!
Storming Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Can we go out andLend a Striker now as we nee someone to find the Net or get Beckford Back as he seems to know where it i

Bluetintedspecs Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Game time will be good for Dannsy all that Energiser bunny energy to run off, closely followed by misplaced passes and reckless challenges! Nice lad it seems but those stating he's a better midfielder than Drinky, King or even James I don't get though it's all about opinions eh
Leicfox Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 I was quite exited when we signed Danns, especially on a free transfer but for me he's not lived up to what I expected him to be. Maybe we just haven't utilised his talent in the right way by playing him out of position etc etc or maybe he's more bothered following his music career than football, either way the loan to Bristol City is both for both parties.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Potentially a better player than Whitbread, imo.
Leicester_Numan Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Can we go out andLend a Striker now as we nee someone to find the Net or get Beckford Back as he seems to know where it i Does he know where your missing letters are?
dannythefox Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Pearson does pissed me off sometimes he's twice the player James is!
Charl91 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 He was our best player end of last season. Most people seem to have forgotten that fairly quickly though.
Kitchandro Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 He was our best player end of last season. Most people seem to have forgotten that fairly quickly though. We've not, we just realise that that isn't much of an achievement. The other midfielders have stepped up their game and on the whole look better than he ever did last season.
The Guvnor Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Dannzy The Bristol dialect can be a bit confusing, this may help. Gert lush- is the biggest compliment which can be given to anyone or anything. Where you to- where are you Wheres that to- where is location of that place I've got a great ideal- i've got a great idea Hope your back soon me baba
marko Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 A lot of huff and puff, not great in the challenge, poor ball retention and would struggle to find another blue shirt in the City Megastore. I think our current central midfielders are far better suited to the style NP is trying to impose.
matt93 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Bristol City have completed the signing of Foxes midfielder Neil Danns on a month loan deal.
Guest brownayy Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Neil Danns has today (Wednesday) joined Bristol City on a one-month loan. The 29-year-old midfielder will join up with Derek McInnes’ squad on Thursday and could make his debut for the Robins when Blackpool visit Ashton Gate on Saturday. Danns has made 40 appearances for Leicester since joining the Foxes in July 2011, but has featured just three times for the first team so far this season. His loan spell with Bristol City will run up to Wednesday 12 December, making him available for the Robins’ next five games, including a further home game against Wolves, plus away trips to Middlesbrough, Brighton and Sheffield Wednesday. http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/141112-danns-joins-robins-on-loan-487054.aspx
