City v Millwall away Scoreline Prediction

This game could be tough but I think we are a much better side than we were last season.

I think it will be close and am going for a score draw.

2-2 Nugent and Waggy.

3-1 Millwall.

First time I have predicted a loss in a long time, but I am not confident about this one, think they will be too strong for us in all areas and take a more aggressive approach, and cause more danger especially with Henderson and Wood up front.

2-0 loss. Can't see anything other than us starting brightly, them taking the lead (probably against the run of play) after half hour or so, then sheer panic hits us and we can't cope. They score again to confirm the win in the second half. Routine away defeat.

Defeat I'm afraid.

Exactly the kind of team we struggle against.

We don't have a particularly good record at the New Den and tend to get bullied by the league's more physical sides - I think 2-0 / 3-0 Millwall.

I got a good feeling about this one. Millwall have hit a bit of a wobble last couple of games so there is no reason we cant advantage of this. To put it another way, if we play how we CAN play, then we will beat them as we are the better side on our day no questions asked.

I predict a surprise win to make up for the 2-2 against Barnsley

2-1 Leicester

Not really that confident, but I'm looking forward to it because I'm going! Henderson and Wood could prove to be a handful up top. I'll sit on the fence and say 1-1.

2-0 and we'll wonder what we were worried about (6 w's in a row :xmasblink: )

The knee jerk reactions of people on here are often laughable.

I don't buy the 'the type of team we'll struggle against' argument. Results away at places like Sheffield Wednesday (Millwall are a better side but the argument stands) show that.

I just find it a weak excuse for when we can't break a side down.

3-0 to the Foxes. We've not got an amazing record there but from the way some of you lot are talking, we've already lost... Maybe we should just let Millwall have three points now and save ourselves a trip to London?! I hope the team and the management don't have the same mindset as you pessimists, then we'd really be in trouble!

We never do well at Millwall.

Bogey side, shit ground in a shit area of London with plenty of dimwit fans still living in the 70ies and 80ies who put more effort in throwing coins and bottles at opposing fans than in chanting.

Getting a draw out of this would be a major success.

Then again, we drew against a Barnsley side with a very poor record in their past ten games, so...

3-1 Millwall

Can't see anything other than a Millwall win, unless there's a big reaction to dropping off Barnsley when we went 1-0 which almost cost us all the points.

We hardly ever do well there, can't see it changing.

Rocket up the arse, physical performances from Wes and Zac keeping their big men quiet, backs to the walls at times but a smash and grab 1-0, with Futacs coming off the bench and nodding in with 5 to go. :xmascool:
