Harry - LCFC Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Sorry. Apology accepted! Good point to raise anyway, it's something that's been discussed a lot in other threads.
acooling08 Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 1. Cardiff 2. Leicester 3. Hull 4. Watford 5. Palace 6. Middlesborough Bit of a gap then to Brighton, Burnley, Forest etc
Guest Bilo Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 1. Cardiff 2. Leicester 3. Hull 4. Watford 5. Palace 6. Middlesborough Bit of a gap then to Brighton, Burnley, Forest etc I'd probably modify that slightly to the following. 1: Cardiff 2: Leicester -------------- 3: Watford 4: Hull 5: Middlesbrough 6: Palace --------------- Watford to come up.
Corky Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 The rest of the top six. All capable of getting 2nd.
Tom17LCFC Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 As has already been said, Leicester City. It's up to us, if we perform how we all know we can we'll go up. If not, it's gonna be very nail biting.
MPH Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 I know this is a bit of a tv interview answer but as long as we concentrate on our own game and keep winning then it doesnt really matter about anyone else.... It's ours to lose now...
MGLCFC Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Watford, closely followed by Hull and Boro (particularly when they have a full strength squad) Hopefully Watford will fade, Hull will miss Aluko and Boro too inconsistent away from home Final table Cardiff City ------------------- Watford Boro Hull Brighton -------------------- Palace Forest Leeds all in with a shout
ealingfox Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Watford at the moment; some of their attacking play is really hi-speed. I wonder how they would cope, though, if Vydra were injured or went off the boil for a spell, or if they had a few injuries. Every time they get an injury they'll just get two loans in to replace him.
Guest Bilo Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 With all these loanees Watford might get promoted, but they'll be in shit street next season if they don't get the loans renewed.
theessexfox Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 I can see Watford pushing on like people are saying, but the loans ending up being the death of them. Boro.
Lambert09 Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 I think the top 6 will stay as it is. Biggest rivals will be boro, but as people have said Watford are looking very decent.
kingfox Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Any of the top six are capable of finishing first and second, still a long way to go and anything can happen. Going by how the table looks now, I think it's between seven teams. Cardiff, Leicester, Hull, Watford, Crystal Palace, Middlesbrough and Brighton.
LJS Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 There is no danger of Watford not getting the loans renewed given that the loanees are contracted to the other clubs owned by their owners. Not that they will need to renew them; they will just sign them permanently, as they look set to do this month anyway.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Hes a player not a team Hes a player not a team You're right! NO TEAM that better?
ADK Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Cardiff, Watford, Hull , Boro , Palace, Brighton, Forest are the teams i think that have a chance. (apart from us in about that order.)
Bluetintedspecs Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 My prediction for final 6 1 City 2 Cardiff 3 Watford 4 Middlesborough 5 Hull 6 Burnley I think Cardiff will blip but have enough in reserve to retain 2nd and Palace will drop away!
Swarles Barkley Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Main rivals will be watford and hull methinks Final table Cardiff Leicester Hull Watford Palace if zaha stays Brighton
Tommy G Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Watford could be a surprise package in the 2nd half of the season
Guest Col city fan Posted 20 January 2013 Posted 20 January 2013 Watford could be a surprise package in the 2nd half of the season
unreachable Posted 21 January 2013 Posted 21 January 2013 Hull. Interesting to note that they are after D J Campbell to correct their goal scoring deficiency. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21109763
Howard9 Posted 21 January 2013 Posted 21 January 2013 IF crystal palace lose zaha i think they will struggle because without zaha they become an average team hull have picked up one point out of lets be honest a fairly simple 6 with Wednesday beating them and Peterborough holding them to a draw, however middlesborough have lost 3 in a row but having saying all this there still isnt clear daylight between Leicester and Hull,Middelesborough and palace, Yes watford are in good form especially with Vydra upfront who definately knows how to shift and find the net. As far as out main rivals i would say all of them. its that tight.
