Hazard Kicks Ball Boy

Hazard was an idiot to react, mind; should just have highlighted the problem to the ref, who'd have added some time on.

The ballboy should be sacked, but probably won't be if his Dad is a Swansea director...but couldn't happen to a nicer team than Chelsea!

Judging by what he was saying on twitter before the game, I think this was his last match as ball boy anyway, pretty sure 18 is the cut off age isnt it? Obviously wanted to go out on a bang!

So and So Porter? Paul Furlong? Someone Chamberlain? Luther Blisset? Vicarage Road? That 4-4 on Boxing Day?

Is that all you've got?

Don't give me that.

Is that aimed at me...

;)

I can give you some more heroes if you like...Mooney/Helguson.

The more I see the video and incident of that 17yr old ball boy belly flopping the ball to prevent chelsea taking a corner, the more i laugh and find it so ridiculous the aftermath.

Can find myself thinking how he would have been received at a cup match at say the old thurnby rangers doing the same trick.

A kick to the ribs would have been the least of his worries. lol. joking aside. Another over the top response by the football authrities Imho.

Wasn't it to prevent hazard giving the ball to tremmel for him to hurry up with his goal kick? But it was a funny situation with I think the ref got right

Hopefully red is the end of it... even that's a tad dodgy.

Hoddle was right though, home advantage for tricks like that.

Hopefully red is the end of it for Hazard. Hopefully the end of it for Charlie Morgan is a proper kicking, little twat.

tweets before the game were bad - #timewasting

Comes across as a young rich twat! But hopefully it ends at red as thought it was a pretty good tackle on Hazards part

Initially I thought Hazard was a complete **** who deserved to be punished. Having watched it over and over again, I have changed my mind. That 17 year old boy should be ashamed. To cover the ball with his fat belly as he did and attempt to hold up play for so long, hes an idiot. He got what he deserved. The over the top acting that followed it was just hilarious. Clearly been watching suarez for too long. Plus his tweet before hand just tops it off. What a ****.

The lad walked to get the ball.

Hazard ran after the ball and as the lad bent down to pick the ball up Hazard grappled him to the floor.

The lad landed on the ball..ONLY then did he cover the ball with his girth and thats when hazard started kicking him/bal.

ALL Ball boys would do the same if it was their beloved team on the verge of going to the final.

The Chelsea players had 180 mins to try and get through...another minute wasnt gonna make a difference

Just another blotch on the most horrible club in football...

He kicked the ball.

/Thread.

He "assaulted" a youth for his football back, just cos his poor little cherub team mates were losing a football match!

Spoke to an ex pro from the 60s/70s about this earlier today, and he said that if it had happened in his day the 'boy' would have had the bollocking of his lifetime and a good kick up the arse for his trouble, and that would have just been from the players on his side! My own view is that they were both stupid, the lad bought it on his self, but hazard shouldn't have allowed himself to have been dragged to the little turds level, but then again they are only 5 years apart so that could explain the lack of maturity. Also, imagine if this kid had tried to wind up Ali Mauchlen in this manner, or Mick Kennedy? Would have ended up in the double decker!

Nah, come on Raj. That's not assault at all.

He wasnt stopping a corner. It was a goalkick to Swansea.

I think swansea should be kicked out of the competition for what was an obvious and conspired rigging attempt. Someone could have put a bet on the ballboy lying on the ball at 80mins and won a fortune. This stuff goes on all the time in the ipl.

Out in the open,in the eyes of Ye olde bill that would have been assault.

Obviuosly you wouldnt normally get a 17 year old out and about with a football BUT the intent was there.

Anyway cant understand why folk aint sticking up for the boy...Its Chelsea AGIAN...FECK EM!!!

Oit wasn't out in the open though was it, it was at a football match where circumstances dictated his actions and even still' he kicked the ball and the lad rolled about like he'd been shot. Use your common sense

Ok Didnt realise the laws of the land werent implemented within in a football ground!

NOt reklating this to ERic The great...But he should have been let off with just a red card when he impaled himself on that palace twat!

I've played football games where I've tackled 17 year olds (and been tackled by 17 year olds) much harder than that.

Should that also be assault?
