Leicesterpool Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 There is some gossip here and there that Pearson as threw in the towel himself. So keep your eyes on twitter shortly.
stevelcfc Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Out of interest, has any player tweeted since the game? As someone else has put, I haven't seen a tweet from a lcfc player all evening which is highly un-usual.
Tielemans63 Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Wheres the guy who works at the sous chef at the Marriot when you want him? Oh yeah, probably preparing a late night snack for an Irishman. He's going to have to wait at least 45 mins, I'm ****ing miles away right now.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Wheres the guy who works at the sous chef at the Marriot when you want him? Oh yeah, probably preparing a late night snack for an Irishman. Our new manager is Terry Wogan? . . .

The amount of rumours and signs there are he's got to be gone...

Maybe Nigel's post match team talk was him preparing the team for his sacking.
Deucalion Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Wheres the guy who works at the sous chef at the Marriot when you want him? Oh yeah, probably preparing a late night snack for an Irishman. Breaking News Believe it or not, just had a late order for Irish Stew and soda bread with a side order of lambasting wine.
Harry - LCFC Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 But you said that before the Barnsley game ? You're going to have to be more specific, what did I say?
Father Ted Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 You go Pure Gym don't ya father ted? Yes mate, do you? Why would Di Matteo (I assume that's who the car is meant to belong to) or any other potential manager drive to Leicester and park at the train station? Surely they'd either have got the train, so no car, or drove straight to a meeting point, most likely a posh hotel, or the KP. I don't know, just passing on information and saying what I had seen.
Leicesterpool Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 If the owners did have an idea on the next man, I think they'd leave a couple of days. So I wouldn't bother going around posh hotels in Leicester looking for either MON or Di Matteo.
Cruss5 Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Sacking him now isn't the answer. With the few games we have left we won't have time to get somebody new in, even if they did it takes a while to settle in. I'm not a pearson fan and never wanted him here. But he got us on a run twice this season and it only takes a result to get us back on another run to get us into the playoffs. Don't care if its the last game of the season that gets us there. Today Barnsely were up for it as they are fighting for survival, we are a team with no confidence and they smelt blood. Until its out of the question there is still hope. Dust yourself off and get on with the next game
Jace Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 You know somethings seriously wrong when our players arn't posting crap on Twitter
Craig Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 The **** was that? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/leicester-boss-nigel-pearson-set-1797414
Corky Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Dust yourself off and get on with the next game We've been saying that for weeks now.
Jimothy Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Yes mate, do you? I don't know, just passing on information and saying what I had seen. I know, I wasn't having a go. Just the first though I had when I read it was that's it's an odd place for the car to be.

Strokes Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 BREAKING NEWS. HE'S BACK! Omg and i was complaining about censorship, you should be banned for bringing that picture to my attention......i feel sick
Cruss5 Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 We've been saying that for weeks now. I know. But sacking at this time won't be the answer, not saying he is the answer What will happen if we bring someone in and they don't win a game will be a load of posts on here saying that the owners don't know what there doing and bringing in a new manager at this time was stupid etc etc
Father Ted Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 BREAKING NEWS. HE'S BACK!   Please say that's photoshopped and never actually happened?
Guest kristianity77 Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 I know. Brooksy Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 BREAKING NEWS. HE'S BACK! Lack of experience in this league. Don't think he is the right appointment personally.
Guest ttfn Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Lack of experience in this league. Don't think he is the right appointment personally. I don't know. He'd probably spend a lot of money we don't have, be very aggressive (particularly with foreign opponents) and improve us in the short term.
Corky Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 I know. We've got nothing more to lose now, we're out of the play-offs so if it's 7th or 17th it doesn't really matter, something has to happen though to save this season which is heading for a Taylor-like collapse.
