Sack him now!

You clearly weren't at Barnsley. We've gone on the worst run I've seen in years, playing awful football which is a huge insult considering we were at the total opposite end of the scale 4/5 months ago - and the Barnsley game was the cherry on the cake, the single worst display I can ever remember from a Leicester side. I genuinely thought we were as pathetic, if not more than the 6-1 at Portsmouth.

I've backed Pearson a silly amount but even I'm losing faith in the bloke.

At least in the 6-1 we had the excuse of losing Vitor after half an hour.

Even the OS news writers have turned on Nigel now with their clearly have a go headline on latest news the colon is there so they can plead innocence bit it's clear what they mean.

'"Pearson: not good enough"

Anything changed since yesterday mate? Still looking at before 5pm today for an announcement?

Not heard anything new, don't want to p*** him off as I'd like good info on the new man to make some money! He'll let me know if there's anything big going down. I've heard third hand that we aren't interested in McDermott, but not too sure.

Even his wife is not interested in Mc Dermott.

Believe what you want. I was there and it was fvcking shit. Yesterday was the first time I saw the players give up which is very worrying, it was better in the 2nd half but the 1st 45 minutes were nothing short of unacceptable. Every match before that in this run we've been in the game and deserved a few results along the way. If I see the same lack of fight at Brighton then I'll accept Pearson has lost the players, if that's the case there's little point carrying on.

Will let it go after this comment, but all that list does is remind me what a disastrous mistake we might have made in not doing this after the Derby game if we were going to do it ! Two week break to acclimatise, think the loan window was still an option (??) and a couple more games to turn it around. However, primarily because Adkins - compared to whatever else is feasible from that list - suddenly looks a very good opportunity missed. Sorry to anyone that has read me writing that at least 50 times by now !

Agreed we should of sacked during the international break but the owners gave NP one more chance imo provided results would pick up after the break they haven't so I think it is time for him to go.

None of us know for sure, obviously, but you are possibly right. But my point (which I wasn't going to harp on about ... oops), was that if it was that tight a call for the owners to make ....... one more game or risk losing the best replacement they could reasonably expect to land for a disappointing mid-table CC side ...... what call would you have made ?? Easy with hindsight perhaps, but many of us on here who are neither pro nor anti NP would have done it then. In the words of the immortal Tears For fears, " I can't stand this indecision, married to a lack of vision". And yes, I really do want to Rule The World ! Well, somedays !

Looking less likely by the minute.

Maybe for financial reasons they will keep him and piss this season up the wall.

Heard from a very reliable source that he's getting until the end of the season regardless of results.

What does need to happen today is a decision either way. The speculation in itself will become a distraction if it hasn't already. If they aren't going to sack him now the time has come to back him publicly and tell people that he is here for the next six games.

I think we all know, he's on borrowed time. To a degree, he's shot himself in the foot. If we'd have been in and around this position all season, we'd have most likely deemed it semi-acceptable that our current league position was semi-acceptable.

It's the dramatic spiral downwards and shit performances, since we got knocked out of the FA Cup that should set alarm bells ringing. I can tolerate the odd poor performance here and there. We are all human at the end of the day. This team has though, showed they are capable of playing, far, far better than they are currently doing.

Football is about entertainmen first and foremost, if we are losing and entertaining, we'd be unhappy but at least we'd have goals etc to cheer about. I feel sorry for the people that shelled out money to go too Pride Park on Friday and Oakwell yesterday, as by all accounts, both were woeful games and lacked any entertainment at all! I most certianely felt like I'd dodged a bullet by not going to Pride Park. I even felt like turning off the TV when I opted to watch it at home!!!!!!

As a side note, I also hate the phrases "LOYAL SUPPORTERS" and "KEEP THE FAITH". They need to be canned. You can't keep the faith with Pearson any longer and loyal supports we are not as we are a baying mob, who would charge on the King Power ..... if it was 1072 AD.

Saying that, we are doomed to finish about 10th now, so may as well see the season out with Nigel or if they insist on getting shot of him, at least get someone in on a temping basis.

The owners are just as crap as pearson,

I don't believe there millions are legit, they're to stupid to be successful legit.

I'm not a pearson fan and would have been happy for him to **** off but we may aswell give him the last few games-we are due a few good results because that's just how this league is. We'll get in the play-offs and you never know 6 league games and 3 play-off games and we'll be in the premiership and everybody will love pearson again!
