Rusko187 Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Nigel stays. Fiddles with the team for Saturday. We nick a 1-0 win at Brighton. We go 6th. What happens then? If he can turn it round than fine.. he hasn't for the last 11 games which leads me to believe there is an underlying problem.
ousefox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I know we're in shocking form but I really can't understand why Pearson is getting so much hate. Sven got nothing like this and did a worse job and spent shit loads. I don't even think Holloway got half as much stick as this. Ridiculous.

Sven got nothing like this and did a worse job and spent shit loads. I don't even think Holloway got half as much stick as this. Ridiculous. Because we have blown one of the best chances the club has had for a long time of gaining promotion or at least challenging in a disastrous spell, where clearly every (nearly) every fan can see there is a problem. Sven didn't really get us into that sort of position although he did blow shit loads of money and could have ****ed us if it weren't for Pearson tinkering with the squad, hence his sacking.

Plus he was polite and emotionless, so obviously he's just got more integrity and is an all round better person. He obviously never headbutted anyone since he had no hair to cushion the blow to his scalp, and he wasn't a horrible family man like Nigel, he was an old serial womaniser so you know he can be trusted!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Sorry there's no hiding from this anymore.. If I could I'd sack him at half time.. We are a rudderless, clueless passionless joke of a team! I am livid.. Sick of this s**t Did you write this from the stand? Or just another armchair fan?
john doe Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Did you write this from the stand? Or just another armchair fan? a fans a fan you ****
Karljohn Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I must admit if I was club owner not only would I be concerned over the bad run but also be staring at concrete evidence that with Nigel at the helm in the premiership we would be battered out if sight. If teams like Barnsley can deal with us comfortably then what will established premier sides do to us, it's not really a case of 6 games plus play offs, it's about the next 6/9 months, Taylor went pretty sharpish after city carried on where they left off and once the rot sets in it's game over. It's glaringly obvious that he does not possess the skills required to reverse this slide, so why persist.

Victim of his own success. Would like to see the poll from the start of the season of where people expected us to be. If we'd have been 6th all season and had just dropped out, there would hardly be a moan. Something needs to be changed obviously from the last however many games and yesterday was ****ing terrible, but i don't think changing the manager is what needs to happen. We're still in the best position we've been in since he left.
Happy Fox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Freelance journalist â€@indykaila1m #Pearson will get sacked once #Leicester owners find their replacement. Pearson won't resign due to pay off clause in his contract. #LCFC Sounds plausible we shall see..

If Pearson knows thats the case, he wont put any effort into the Brighton game. He probably wouldnt bother turning up. All sounds messy and I dont like it one little bit. Still someones livelihood people are ****ing around with.

This source has proven to be pretty poor over recent months, though.
Meadsey1975 Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 If its true that nige will be sacked once a replacement is found his heart wont be in it will it thats if it is anyway. So if thats the case we need a replacement and fast!!!!

LJS Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Wasn't it only yesterday that somebody proved this "freelance journalist" was a bullshitter? He was saying a few weeks back that Pearson was in for a meeting with the owners, hinting that he was going to be sacked. Full of it.

smudger63 Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I know we're in shocking form but I really can't understand why Pearson is getting so much hate. Sven got nothing like this and did a worse job and spent shit loads. I don't even think Holloway got half as much stick as this. Ridiculous. Sven was never given as long as Pearson has been given, and in fact in the season he became manager, after taking over from sousa, he started off with us bottom of the table with about 8 points, and in fact after 40 games of that season we had 59 points, the same as we have today after 40 games. In fact Sven was sacked when we were only 2 points off the play offs, so Pearson had a much better start to work from last season, than sven had the season before, and after 40 games of last season we had 56 points. 19 of those points were actually picked up by Sven. So the stats say that Pearson clearly hasn`t done a much better job than Sven has he!
demon_dog Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 The only City manager I have ever called to be sacked was the totally inept Peter Taylor. However something is clearly wrong with the team at the moment and it seems that they have lost interest in playing for Nigel Pearson. This being the case and also it seems now that the majority of fans want to see him gone, then I feel that the owners must act in the best interests of the club. So goodbye Nigel, let's move on.
