NewburyFox Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 I suspect that that happenned when someone on your side of the argument put the 2 sides on paper side by side and tried to work out if anyone in your team would get in ours - frankly when i tried and used the side that you put out against Palarse - not even one of yours in all honesty got a game - i thought about King - but i had him up against Chalobah and that is not an even contest - lol You've got an inferiority complex worse than the Bristol city fans when we were after Maynard, and that is saying something.
WhenYourSmilingLCFC Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 Starting to dislike Watford fans, how can you claim that half your team is better than ours? You've only known most of the players about 8 months, suddenly you think you know their whole career. Quite embarrassing really.
Corky Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 As a Watford fan, who hopes to win but does not expect to - the one thing you have to be aware of is that if you "go for it" as most of you seem to expect - we will muller you on the break - the reason that we have been caught out of late by lesser sides like Bristol Peterboro or Milwall is that they have not fallen into the trap of coming at us and let us hit them on the break -ask Leeds Brighton Birmingham or Hull - if you try and out football us you will come second and if you commit too much - you will come third! 2-1 to you i think - but if you try and hit us - 0-4 is possible I hope you make the playoffs in 6th - we will finish 3rd and over 2 legs will get past you easily enough - I fear Bolton and Brighton - not you Forest or Palarse - we will beat them but the other 2 with momentum could be a problem. Enjoy the game - all the pressure is on you and your manager is a bit thick so I suspect he will be all blood and thunder and that would be a terrible plan against us Maybe you lot might turn up at our place this year, we are just used to strolling past you at the KP.

Ric Flair Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 Even the most naive of Leicester fans wouldn't disagree with this surely? If you can give an example of a side that have beaten us by playing 'the passing game' you're doing very well. You could maybe pull out Hull 1-2 at home, but other than that we've lost due to silly mistakes, or teams frustrating us by not committing anyone forward. To be fair, we've only struggled at home against teams who have come and parked the bus or who are strongerin central midfield than we are. If we are allowed to play our passing game then we've seldom struggled. Against you at your place was one of the worst performances i've seen this season from us and it was a walk in the park for you. We played 4-5-1 that day, which we hardly ever do and it backfired. Our best chance of getting the win vs you lot is to play a non stop pressing style, which we've done in the past and not allow you to settle. It'll be a high scoring game but we'll have your kegs down in the end as we need it more than you.
Leicesterpool Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 My only concern is if we do beat Watford and Forest and reach the play offs, the chances are we could face Watford who will know how we play, Zola will be looking at us this friday writing down notes ahead of the play offs.
bluesbrothers Posted 24 April 2013 Posted 24 April 2013 Listening to all these Watford ****** carp on about how they're basically Barcelona but better, and knowing when we get our passing game going we're top draw too, I know exactly what to do. Yep, I'm off to the bookies to put money on 0-0, 1-0 and 0-1.

Crikey, how did you work that out? Maybe Pearson could do the same.
