Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Is 0844 815 5000 the right number? I haven't been able to even get in a queue since 10am yesterday. Website is still ****ed, can't get through the basket stage. Genuinely dont think the club arent answering phones just dealing with fans at stadium

That's the right number , if you want me to be cynical they at best have one person on the phone line or may be no one at all and have just switched on the automatic sorry we are unable to take your call due to being so busy. Probably have all staff trying to deal with people actually at the stadium. Once this is over EVERYONE should bombard Susan Whelan with emails complaining about the shambles ! Yes it is hard to deal with so many people/requests at one time but the system has been a total dogs dinner for a long time and nothing has been done to improve it.
Munshi Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Massive queues at the stadium, line going round from ticket office to the middle of east stand.

Onions Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Managed to get mine sorted 7:45am, two seats, one seat apart which is good enough, just ask the person between if they mind moving one, if not still not an issue. However its a mess, should allow people to select their seats and allow them 2-3 minutes to pay until the seats are open for others, random seats is stupid. Beat way around it is to add 8 into your basket and our bound to get two close, delete the other 6 (at the risk of breaking the site) and hope
fedup1 Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Finally have two tickets together and one unbelievably happy son!! Now can enjoy the rest of bank holiday. I don't know if this made any difference or not (my knowledge of computers is on a par with that of how to build a space ship), but, I downloaded an Adobe Flash Player (I have no idea what one of those is, nor do I really want to) and it worked first time. I had thought that this was all up to date on my computer. Anyway, at least I am one less person on the lcfc web site so good luck to the rest of you. Let's hope it will have been worth the effort!!!

wattolcfc Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Just booked mine online, took a good hour but got them. Also it cost me (Adult in L1) £33 plus £1 booking fee. Considering it says adult prices start at £22 and I am a STH, I am quite pissed off that we've been misled.

It said "starts from" and clearly gives you a price when purchasing. Took 20 minutes to get mine, couple of crashes a bit slow... but better than standing in a line for 3 hours.
fleckneymike Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Took over an hour but got through on the phone. Got 1 away, will try all over again tomorrow for another. The difficulty with the phone could mean it makes it through to p3.
foxesfan1989 Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Genuinely very confused about all this. I logged on yesterday morning, booked myself 4 tickets together in the kop at £25 each. Website was a bit slow yes but nothing TOO mental? What is going on? Massive queues etc. It's a shame people are struggling so much. Or is the debacle mainly over the away tickets?
Guest shearfox Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Finally got my ticket, woohoo come on Leicester!!!
AnotherShitSeason Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Straight through via the website for my ticket in L1 No crashes or delays of any kind. Then again I am superior to all of you.

Its the home tickets that are the problem. The website was constantly crashing from about 9am yesterday and either not letting you add tickets or showing an error at the checkout. Was also freezing and kicking people out. So our genius football club decided to change it to "Quick seats" where you state the stand you want and it will fire random seats at you, completey spread out from each other. Pointless really. Oh, and you cant mix your tickets online either e.g. child and adult. Not to mention its nigh on impossible to get through on the phone (and when you do expect to wait 60 mins+ at 10p a minute). Absolute farce. Club should be ashamed of themselves.

I am finding the position of the club quite odd, regular ticket prices, which you have to give them credit for, a shirt for £15 again a great deal if the have your size but the on line booking has been a issue all season so it is no surprise that it is struggling, but the cherry on top of the cake is the free for all on ticket sales, and ten tickets at a time if you want them. Ok the club wants to sell as many as poss but pls show a little thought and respect for your fan base, er sorry customers
Kitchandro Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Are season ticket seats reserved until the end of tomorrow or is today the last day?
Leicester Lass Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 In what way have you been "misled"? It said "starts from" and clearly gives you a price when purchasing. Took 20 minutes to get mine, couple of crashes a bit slow... but better than standing in a line for 3 hours. But there has never been an advertised price in L1. It is gold fixture pricing, but there are never individual tickets on sale for L1. Therefore when we queued at the ground yesterday we had no idea how much it was going to cost us.The lady in the ticket office said the price has been based on L1 being the equivalent of H1 and K1, to which my response would be how come their STs are priced £80 dearer than L1? Also, the latest article on ticket sales states 'Tickets for the first leg are priced as follows..' Not 'from'. There has definitely been people misled by the club over this.
Filbert_Ross Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 i get to the last page and i cant choose any options other than 'pay now' and it says it wil be debited from my card. ive no idea what card details ive used in the past so dont want to just go ahead with it and £98 come out of an account i know the money isnt in there.
kingfox Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Are season ticket seats reserved until the end of tomorrow or is today the last day? 8pm Tuesday. My plan is to get my haircut tomorrow then go down the KP and queue as long as it takes. Because the flaming website is still not working. NOT ON

NOT ON Cheers. Waiting til Wednesday won't do me much good then, most good seats will be gone. Probably best to wait til the small hours if I'm getting it online.
