Posted 13 May 2013 Posted 13 May 2013 Have to admit he has improved the last few matches, but over the full season and especially against the bottom teams with tough,uncompromising,physical players,he leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion . Those are the games in which he should be excelling & influencing not easily nullified & ineffective !
JohnnyB Posted 13 May 2013 Posted 13 May 2013 I was worried when I read that clubs were monitoring him, but as soon as I saw the names of the teams any worry soon dissipated. I'd be really surprised if he went to any of the clubs mentioned in the report. He might be tempted by an established, mid table prem team - but none of those mentioned. I'm sure he's intelligent enough to realise he's got a better chance of Prem Football with Leicester than with any of those clubs (apart from Hull obviously as they are already there!).

Which is what we are really. Don't see him going, a loyal servant to the club who was first to start the Forest post-match celebrations and the one who looked most gutted after the Watford match. Bugg Posted 13 May 2013 Posted 13 May 2013 Wouldn't want to see him go, he's an excellent midfielder in my opinion. The work that he does off the ball is brilliant and he chips in with a fair few goals every season. I don't buy that he goes missing, just because he doesn't make reckless challenges or try extravagant passes doesn't make him invisible, he does a job of retaining possession and rarely gives the ball away.

It'll be sad to see him go as he is one of our own, however I won't be distraught about it. Nothing against King but there's better players than him around at this level.

whitlock Posted 13 May 2013 Posted 13 May 2013 King won't leave. He is a Leicester lad, he has no intentions of leaving i'm sure, especially in a sideways move. Could understand a top end prem team, but the teams that have been mentioned im not worried about.
