Just because he's not Lee Cattermoleing his way around the pitch, it doesn't mean he's 'going missing' or not putting in a shift. A good defender will get decent tackles in when they're needed. A great defender will make sure they don't need to make the tackle in the first place. this

After 250 games for the club and fast heading towards club-legend status, why would he move to another Championship side? Not to mention the fact that he wouldn't earn as much anywhere else.
