The Year Of The Fox Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 Strange atmosphere for a big game. Turned off at HT
AKCJ Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 Wtf are Everton fans singing that sounds like the Steve Gerrard Gerrard song? I think they've changed the lyrics to something like "Steve Gerrard Gerrard, he slipped onto his arse".
bovril Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 Strange atmosphere for a big game. Turned off at HT I was wondering if it was just the feed we get on the local tele here but obviously not... sounds weird.
purpleronnie Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 Strange atmosphere for a big game. Turned off at HT It's always shit at Everton, odd set of fans, but I expected Man city fans to be up for it especially as a win would pretty much guarantee them the title.
Fox92 Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 It's always shit at Everton, odd set of fans, but I expected Man city fans to be up for it especially as a win would pretty much guarantee them the title. I always thought Goodison generated one of the better atmospheres.
TroubleInTheSuez Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 I always thought Goodison generated one of the better atmospheres. It does usualy have one of the better atmposhperes, but I guess it's the equivalent of us winning a game to crown Forrest as champions.
AKCJ Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 Great, title in the bag for Man City. The lesser of three evils.
bovril Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 The lesser of three evils. There'll be more twists and turns.
purpleronnie Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 I always thought Goodison generated one of the better atmospheres. Really? Everton fans rarely ever sing.
1884Fosse Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 Really? Everton fans rarely ever sing. funny you say that, whenever I went to Goodison it was always very loud.
MC Prussian Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 Ah, the joys and excitements of being a fan of a Premier League club: https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/early-doors/united-ban-fan-indefinitely-having-one-unopened-beer-101448759.html Punishment in order? Alright. Excessive? You may say so.
ScouseFox Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 very odd everton game. was in the pub with a mix of everton and liverpool fans, nobody knew when to celebrate and when to be upset. everyone left upset.
One Legged Beaver Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 There'll be more twists and turns. I'd be very surprised if Man City slipped up at home to Aston Villa or West Ham. Stranger things have happened though
ScouseFox Posted 3 May 2014 Posted 3 May 2014 big andy is gonna repay that 35 mill with a last minute equaliser for west ham on the last day
Grandad. Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 big andy is gonna repay that 35 mill with a last minute equaliser for west ham on the last day That's the only dream I can hope for right now mate.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 It's always shit at Everton, odd set of fans, but I expected Man city fans to be up for it especially as a win would pretty much guarantee them the title. Is it? I've never been and is certainly one of the aways I'm looking forward to next season
The Year Of The Fox Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 It does usualy have one of the better atmposhperes, but I guess it's the equivalent of us winning a game to crown Forrest as champions. But Everton could've still sneaked a CL spot had they won
StanSP Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 But Everton could've still sneaked a CL spot had they won From the many Everton fans I know, they're happy to settle for 5th if it also means Liverpool don't win the league. Plus although mathematically possible, it's very unlikely they'd get 5th. It's as unlikely as Arsenal still being able to get 3rd.

Super_horns Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 No surprise to see the 3 likely to be relegated clubs considering legal action against Sunderland now!
Fox92 Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 What's up with legal action these days? Cardiff and Fulham, especially, drop it and admit you were shit all season. Watching Chelsea, really boring. As expected, it's Chelsea. 0-0 but would love to see Norwich get a winner!
