purpleronnie Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 Chelsea must rival Villa as the most boring side to watch.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 What's up with legal action these days? Cardiff and Fulham, especially, drop it and admit you were shit all season. Watching Chelsea, really boring. As expected, it's Chelsea. 0-0 but would love to see Norwich get a winner! Chelsea aren't boring, it is 'tactical genius' from Mourinho. We should admire it and all suck up to him, but if any other team dares to use such tactics then they are just poor and boring.

Corky Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 So, 3rd and a trophy last year, 3rd and no trophies this year. If only they still had Rafa...
Stadt Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 So, 3rd and a trophy last year, 3rd and no trophies this year. If only they still had Rafa... It Rafa had done what Mourinho has done this season they'd want to kurder him, but Jose gets off scot free because he's Jose.
AKCJ Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 If Chelsea had a goalscorer then they'd have pissed this league IMO. Add 15-20 goals to their side and they'd have won it already. It Rafa had done what Mourinho has done this season they'd want to kurder him, but Jose gets off scot free because he's Jose. MO'N would have the exact same reaction if he came back...

Alf Bentley Posted 4 May 2014 Posted 4 May 2014 It Rafa had done what Mourinho has done this season they'd want to kurder him, but Jose gets off scot free because he's Jose. What does the verb "kurder" mean? Placement in the Turkey/Iraq/Syrian border area in a suicide vest or death by forcible immersion in a vat of lemon curd? Sorry for this obscure flippancy. I'm deeply ashamed of myself. I'm also pleased that Chelsea (& Norwich) cocked it up.

That last point is very true, Personally i think if they allowed Rafa to stick around one more year i think he would have done something at Chelsea! I mean how can you not appoint a manager that's just won you the europa league! Jose a top coach but i think this season he starting to get found out!

Guest Col city fan Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 I have this sneaky feeling that Palace are going to get a draw tonight against Liverpool.

Guest MattP Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 It's always shit at Everton, odd set of fans, but I expected Man city fans to be up for it especially as a win would pretty much guarantee them the title. I always thought Goodison and Upton Park were the two loudest grounds I've been too.
Grandad. Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 So Mourinho accused Sam Allardyce of playing 19th Century football, yet we have seen his style of football in the last week or so. Also didn't Mourinho call Arsene Wenger a specialist in failure because of the lack of trophies, yet it could be Arsenal finishing this season with silverware and not Chelsea. Oh the irony.

Oh the sweet wonderful irony. If only they stuck with Rafa ...

Grandad. Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 If only they stuck with Rafa ... Rafa was too good for them classless *****.
Fox in the North Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 Rafa was too good for them classless *****. The worst thing is, most of them would not admit it either!
Grandad. Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 The worst thing is, most of them would not admit it either! Chelsea fans with Mourinho are a lot like some of our fans in regard to Dalglish, they have taken loyalty to the extreme. See nothing wrong because of past triumphs.
StanSP Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 How has Gerrard got 2nd in the FWA awards ?! Toure's been the much better midfielder this season!
Corky Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 How has Gerrard got 2nd in the FWA awards ?! Toure's been the much better midfielder this season! Have you seen the amount of journalists talk about how he deserves to win the league, best player never to do it etc? A lot of journalists are huge fans. (Just an observation, not a criticism).

Grandad. Posted 5 May 2014 Posted 5 May 2014 How has Gerrard got 2nd in the FWA awards ?! Toure's been the much better midfielder this season! Honestly couldn't agree more, Toure has been sensational, I love Gerrard more than any other player and I don't think I ever will but this FWA award is a joke anyway, Suarez won by 52% so the other 48% of journalists in this country thought that Suarez wasn't the best player in the League this season. They even gave it to 'Scotty Die Hard West Ham Parker' in 2010-11, played 32 games, scored 5 goals and was relegated from the Premier League but the journalists in this country believed he was the best player in the league. That for me says it all about this award.
