Glombard, Cadamarteri, De Vries, Cort, Campbell, Hammond, Hayles, Sappleton, Vaughan, Vassell, Delfouneso, Beckford It may sound racist, but it's an actual pattern apart from the exception of Yakubu and Schlupp every black striker since Les Ferdinand has been rubbish for us, average or not played many games at all. Majority of them could get in most people's worst team of the last 10 years or so.

But even before them we had Blake as people mentioned, Akinbiyi and Trevor Benjamin. We just don't have a good history with black strikers from the 2000 onwards.
