Ashley Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Tahiti at 100/1 - cheeky quid anyone? lol (Now I've said that, watch them get a dodgy penalty and win 1-0 now). 100/1 is far to short, should at least be 1000/1
bmt Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 I'm gonna go big and say they'll win by more than predicted. 21-0
SystonFox Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Spain are 18-0 up in the 60th minute. Tahiti have a corner, crossed in and headed in. The crowd go wild causing a pitch invasion. L O L YEAH
Kitchandro Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Sadly I didn't see them against Nigeria, but I'm going to go for 8-0.
StanSP Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Confederation Cups thread . Going for double-digits for Spain but I'd love it if Tahiti scored 1.
RowlattsFox Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 9-1. Tahiti to score first in opening 5 mins. Piqué hat trick.
Lamby Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Will it be worse than this score that has happened already today? Tarup IF 1 - 13 OB Odense
Guest kristianity77 Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Well Tahiti are ahead in the rankings of teams like Luxembourg, Faroe Islands, Malta, Andorra and San Marino etc and Spain would probably only get 7 or 8 against them sides so I think this talk of 15-20 is way way off the mark, no matter how Spain play. Im going for 6-0

Im going for 6-0 Those sides though tend to sit back. Tahiti actually went for it against Nigeria and I get the impression that they may do again. If they won it would be the biggest upset I've ever seen.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 That slide recovery from the Tahitian goalie was pretty slick!
Fox42 Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Anyone else think the Tahitian captain looks like Xavi...?
Manwell Pablo Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Just for the person who said they're ranked above San Marino etc, they are because they play Oceanic teams equally as bad as them more frequently where as the smaller teams in Europe just get beat heavily 10 times every qualification. Anyway Spain have dropped near enough everyone so the might be able to give a good account of themselves/
Rincewind Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 I was think it should be 5 at halftime and they needed to score 4 in 15. Well they have two of them only two in 10 now/
MC Prussian Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Thought Tahiti were a bit more up for it... The game goes the way most people would've expected, though. Already 4-0 and not even 40 minutes played. Tahiti's offside trap just ain't working... They're inviting four or even more Spanish players every time they stand that high up.
Rincewind Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 I was think it should be 5 at halftime and they needed to score 4 in 15. Well they have two of them only two in 10 now/. I do wish though they stop going on about how they are surprised at them having a go. If I was their manager I'd do the same. FOUR NOW. They might lose by double figures but it would be more if they didn't play past the halway line occasionally.
Dan Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Spain are such a different side without Xavi & Iniesta, amazing how much you can sense their absence.
Rincewind Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Saw that coming. Took em about three attempts at crosses though.
Guest Bilo Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 Spain are such a different side without Xavi & Iniesta, amazing how much you can sense their absence. They look average even against this opposition without them, not retaining the ball nearly as well. 6-0 is really flattering to Spain based on that first half display.
