Basingstoke Fox Posted 17 August 2013 Posted 17 August 2013 Sounded like we really rode our luck at times but 3 points is the most important thing. They're vital at any point of the season but it's great to get them on the board early. It sounds like the opposite to the first 3 games last season. We played some great stuff away from home, created plenty of chances and lost. Our first 2 away performances this season haven't seemed as great (I wasn't there today) but we've got those all important points. 7 points from 9, I'll take that!

Promising signs that we are getting the gritty wins, something which has been our problem for many of our recent seasons.
