League Cup Quarter-Final - Man City at Home

I wouldn't worry about Burnley and QPR as the bookends to this game. Go for 3 wins here. What a week that would be!!!

Now if it was Yeovil and Wed we might be in trouble

I think it just depends on how San Pelegrino views the league cup and if he wants to win a trophy in his first season.

Be interested to see if Hart plays given that pellegrini has gone public again today about the keepers at man city, seems he's ready to drop him.

Hart is one of the worst keepers to represent England and if the likes of lescott are in front of him then we could be in business.

Call me old fashioned but despite their millions its still only Man City.. I remember them being relegated to what is now league 1.. I grew up when "big glamour" clubs were man utd liverpool spurs aresenal and even everton more than chelsea. Vvv.ManCity = big club, lots of money , some stars but hardly one id get an orgasm over... And we don't need to fear them.. They will be more nervous than we are.. IF/When we get promoted we need to take points of clubs like them at home to have a chance of staying up.. Or we can jist be like palace abd Blackpool.. Enjoy it for aseason and pay ott ticket prices like 60 quid at the emirates and come back down to Bournemouth and Brighton....

But they are a glamour club now. It's not the 80s or the 90s anymore, Man City are recent Premier League champions and FA Cup winners. They are this decades Liverpool/Leeds/Spurs.

Can't believe some of the comments on here? We are playing the team favourites, along with Chelsea for the premiership this season and we are at home. We stand every chance of winning this game. That is what the cup is all about the underdog beating the bigger team.

I bet Bradford fans did not moan when they drew Arsenal last season in the same competition. Oh it will be fifteen quid a ticket as it has been for the last two games when we played Derby and Fulham.

Support your team get off your keyboards stop moaning and get along to the Kp for a great night whatever the outcome.

Genuinely think Pellegrini will underestimate us and put out the second string, especially considering the other games they've got on at the time. Of course, a second string Man City team should be good enough to beat us, but if we approach it in the same way we did against Fulham, then we'll give them a game. No fear.

"Sell out" Not a chance lol

They will bring full allocation and you clearly don't remember the sell out 2 seasons ago in the FA Cup. We are higher in the league now and playing better football.

P.S. Piss off and support Forest. Bet you will cry your eyes out if Nugent scores against this lot.

He's already said he won't be taking us lightly.

We were in the same division as we are now when we played them in the FA Cup.

Yeah but we were wallowing mid table and not playing great. Now we are Top 2 and riding a wave of good home results , including a win against Premiership opposition in the last round.
