Leicesterpool Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Be nice to see him back, is he answer to solve our problems though.... we'll see.
Monsell1976 Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 If this is true would we be progressing, or regressing?.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Get it done. I'd come over all nostalgic the first time he tries to round a player but ends up getting pushed wide and nowhere near the goal.
Babylon Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 If this is true would we be progressing, or regressing?. If Wood is out for a minimum of 4 weeks then it's progress until he returns, Fryatt has a good record at this level.
SMX11 Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Let's be honest there isn't a great deal between Howard and Taylor-Fletcher
Matt Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 source? He's actually a decent striker at this level so I wouldn't be fussed if it is true tbh We're not in League One anymore!
Mark_w Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 We're not in League One anymore! Fryatt is a great League One striker. And he's quite clearly a pretty decent Championship striker. Don't know how you can suggest that he isn't? Almost certainly bullshit though.
Webbo Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Even though this sounds like bollocks. I wouldn't mind Fryatt back to be honest. Decent goal scorer at this level. I agree.
Matt Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Wow. Many, many steps backwards. Again, best of a bad bunch when he was here.
featherman Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 can you tell me my agenda for posting something that is not true.as always wages come into this.!!
Babylon Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Wow. Many, many steps backwards. Again, best of a bad bunch when he was here. In his last fit season with Hull he scored 16 league goals (something nobody has bettered for us for a while), he's scored 4 in 11 at Wednesday having played little football for some time in a shit team. To say he's just a league one player is massively unfair, Beckford is a league one player.
Manwell Pablo Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 can you tell me my agenda for posting something that is not true.as always wages come into this.!! Attention, a false source (that is if there is one), attempting to look clever by whipping up a frenzy about nothing, god knows, I'll believe it when there is something official.
AyewJoking Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 the legend returns. DUH DUH DU DUH..............

Babylon Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Attention, a false source (that is if there is one), attempting to look clever by whipping up a frenzy about nothing, god knows, I'll believe it when there is something official. He's coming...
Babylon Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 He's not having the worst season tbf to him, could conceivable get close to 15 if he kicks on. He's got one more than Fryatt from about double the games... and one of them was a cup game, which doesn't count.
Fox92 Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 I'd take him, especially considering Wood is out injured. Decent record at this level with the ability to score a goal. Scored 15+ at this level for Hull the other year.
Manwell Pablo Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 He's coming... Sorry I only trust Heinz, pisses all over HP.
Ric Flair Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 Matty Fryatt under Nigel Pearson is a good player at this level, under some managers at some clubs he's a shadow of his true ability. I'd bring him in if we can't get Ebanks-Blake.
Babylon Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 If they put the ball in the net I don't care who it is. Certainly a more natural finisher than either Vardy or Nugent for me.
Bettsj2 Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 2 players, 1 chant. Exploding heads everywhere in L1.
Manwell Pablo Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 He's got one more than Fryatt from about double the games... and one of them was a cup game, which doesn't count. He's got two more (not counting cup goals) and I'm not arguing comparing the two just merely pointing Beckford isn't having the worst season ever, better than everyone we've got bar Nugent for instance.
featherman Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 twitter/facebook and foxestalk can be very synical about information posted as so much is untrue. If i am right he knows you know,if I am wrong I am another spammer,so until i get confirmation of an agreement i will not post on this subject.I am not the director of football for either club nor am I an agent.
Walker Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 He scored 4 in 9 games in a very poor Sheff Weds side this season. Presumably he wasn't particularly match fit either. I think this would be a shrewd move IF it's true........ ...... Which it probably isn't....
