beckford reception sunday

Met him at a hotel (along with the rest of the boys) in Bristol. Nugent, dyer and particularly ssl/steve Howard were great at speaking, got all the other boys to do pictures/signatures. Beckford however, and even Bamba to an extent were arrogant and ignored me. Never forgiven him for that. Boooooooo

I'll definitely boo him, and I think that'll be the first ex Leicester player I've ever booed.

Terrible terrible attitude- he really didn't give a toss when he played for us. Disgrace

What I don't get is many of our supporters have a problem with all the players who were on big money contracts who were happy to sit them out in the reserves raking in the cash yet Beckford was the 1st 1 to turn around and ask to take a pay cut to play 1st team football at a lower level and yet he gets slated for having a bad attitude?

Did he really have a terrible attitude? Terrible touch yes.

He didn't have a terrible attitude just wasn't good enough, lost his place and went off to find football elsewhere.

Doesn't deserve it. Just ignore him completely, didn't do anything particularly wrong himself, so of course he doesn't deserve to be booed. Feel free to boo a Wayne Brown or a Dennis Wise, but booing Beckford is a bit ridiculous.

Well Wayne Brown was good for us?

But I will not be booing Beckford. He played for us and didn't do anything wrong. It's just his style and he may not run around all the time like Vardy but Beckford is just a shitter version of the YAK.

Just another case of one of our fans thinking they know a player for some reason. Like I said earlier, he's barely worth batting an eyelid over, I'm not sure why so many of us seem personally offended by him

probably, someone should make a sign saying "pressure, I don't feel pressure".

The odds on JB having it on his t-shirt under his top on case he scores and gets to ram it down our throats ???

Perhaps, but if he wasn't a racist **** we would have stood a much better chance in the Play-Offs. Revealing what he did was completely unforgivable and unbelievably stupid at such a crucial stage in the season. He's more at fault than Yann Kermorgant, Pearson or anyone else you want to blame for that Play-Off defeat, so I absolutely do think that he deserves to be booed, not that it matters too much now.

I can be stupid at times but what did Wayne Brown do? I didn't know he has been racist sorry. I just thought you was booing him because he was so bad for Leicester which he was part of the defence that got is into the play offs. But I may well chance my opinion if I find out something...

What will happen is people will chant that "Weak people feel pressure"

He'll get booed, I'll key his car and he'll score a 92nd minute winner.

Hate the bloke but will be eternally grateful for that hat-trick against Florist.

When Reading booed Mills he was shit, so I say boo him.

I think that's because Reading meant something to him...we were a stepping stone that backfired for him. Unloyal money grabber!

Admitted he was a BNP supporter from what I can remember.

Revealed that he voted BNP followed by something along the lines of "he thought there was too many <insert ethnic origin> in England".

Bamba!? As in Sol Bamba who pays for fans meals every time they say hello to him in Nandos!?

suppose I should have explained the 'to an extent' bit. I was sat down with a few of the other players he looked over and I said his name, he looked very suprised and walked on. To this day I don't know if he was taken by suprise or just rude

The floodlights will probably go out, come back on, and all you see is Bray Wyatt, sitting on a rocking chair on the sideline, with Beckford laying in front of him out cold.
