wattolcfc Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Mark Davies as in the one who played for us in league one and looked fookin amazing? :xmasohmy: Yes! But he's constantly inured. Shame because I believe he would be on the fringe of the England squad if he didn't have any injury worries.
kingfox Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 well that's a guaranteed loss for us then. guaranteed. Others have gone with the same scorelines. So why single out me. NOT ON AT ALL MATE!
LCFC FOX Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Same team but I would bring Danns back onto the bench. Bring him on for the last 20 minutes and see if he can bring his from that he's been on at Bolton to us. He can change a game and is totally different from what we have
cc_star Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Bolton can give anyone a game (although league position shows they often don't) & are a bit different to the side that languished at the bottom earlier in the season I expect it to be tough, always seems to be extra tough when you come up against ex-players too, Mills & Beckford, whilst benched in their boxing day win have a lot to prove & if picked will no doubt have 1 of their great games in every 20 (leaving to FT-ers moaning how they should never have been shipped out) In results against other sides with good players, Wigan, Watford, Burnley, QPR & Reading etc... We've shown we have the quality needed to win this Hopefully we can continue our run of keeping it tight at the back and clock up a 3rd successive clean sheet, but we all know Beckford is likely to bag one, maybe Mills too 3-2 Nugent Beckford Vardy Mills Knocky
MGLCFC Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 It's about time we had a victory that is done and dusted by 70 minutes - I'd like to think it will be 3 - 0 by 70 mins and we can relax. Unfortunately I'm going for a nervy 2 - 1 victory, being 2 - 0 up at half time and Bolton scoring a goal around 60 mins. Then bums clenched on seats for a somewhat scrappy and desperate last 30 minutes. Goals from Nugent (Pen) and James.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Just hope and pray we win Hoping 2-1 to Leicester Probably 3-1 to them with a Beckford hat trick
6ups 6downs 2 cups Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Think it's about time we had one of those stupid crazy games, say like 6-3 to city! With danns, beckford both scoring and mills scoring one at each end, with kasper finally emulating his dad and scoring from a goal kick! That said I'd settle for a comfortable 2-0
AnotherShitSeason Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Attendance 26,367, travelling 1,088 Weather: Breezy Floodlights: Flickery Nige: In the stand polishing off the last of his Aldi Stollen cake Score: 1-2 (Beckford shows our lot how to finish - Drinkwater consolation)
Leicesterpool Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 I'm gonna say 0-1 Bolton :xmassad: Beckford to score :xmasdry:
XLM Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 They're struggling with injuries, don't have a particularly strong team. They've got centre backs that would probably clock about 24 seconds in a 100m sprint, and a manager who doesn't really know what he's doing. We'll probably lose but i'm optimistic that we'll score.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 That Dyer goal in the same fixture last season is one of my favourite moments of that season. The place erupted! What a moment, what a finish!
Father Ted Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 I'd go for the same side that beat QPR and Reading. A third consecutive clean sheet should be the primary target here, I don't see us not scoring against these.
whoareyaaa Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Think we will beat these comfortably and will get an early goal. We will have to much pace in Dyer and Vardy and they won't be able to handle us. QPR and Burnley both to lose and we sit nicely at the top. 5-1
Guest Col city fan Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Same again I think.. 4-4-2 and a narrow victory. We've gotta watch Beckford if he plays. Although most are now saying hes shite when most used to say he was brilliant he CAN be dangerous given good supply. I fancy Wes and Liam to have him in their pockets though. 2-1 City
theessexfox Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Wasyl on for the last 20 minutes to man-mark Beckford.
justfoxes Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Beckford will do his whinging act when the city fans get on his back he hates criticism !! City to win 3-0 knocky Vardy and James !! Burnley to lose qpr to lose and a derby draw ! Even better results for city !!
Dan Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 I'll predict another 2-1. It's about time we actually won a game when we're top.
ramadaone Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 I think Bolton are poor and Pearson will consider who he wants for the enevitable scrap at Millwall in mid week. With at in mind I can see King getting a run out tomorrow as I'm guessing Bolton will park the bus and he is more likely to score than James or DD. He might play the same team Sun and Weds and then bring in some fresh legs for Stoke ?

ealingfox Posted 27 December 2013 Posted 27 December 2013 Beckford Anytime at 2/1 with Billy Hill, plan to lump on. I've bottled it or forgotten to bet on all 3 Kermo shouts after earmarking them as dead certs, not this time.
One Legged Beaver Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 I'll go for a 2-1 Vardy and Drinky for us and you know who for them.........Jay Spearing!
sdb Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 A game we really need to win and one I just can't see us getting. This has narrow loss written all over it and you just know at least one of Beckford or Mills will score.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 2-1 Beckford opens, Vardy and Dyer for us
Loggy88 Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 I'm going 2-1 to the foxes, come on you blues!
Wink Posted 28 December 2013 Posted 28 December 2013 I'd love a comfortable victory, but ultimately as long as we get 3 points I don't care what the score is!! That's all that matters...
