Bryn Posted 10 January 2014 Posted 10 January 2014 Schmeichel 8 - Total control, no fault for the goal. de Laet 9.5 - Only blot on his copybook was the O.G and there was little he could do about it, absolutely magnificent. We're lucky to have this boy, he can defend, he's strong, he's quick and he can play. Morgan 8 - Unruffled Moore 9 - Stuck himself on everything, but not only this, he showed real positional maturity at times. Developing wonderfully. Konchesky 8 - Showed his experience in absolutely dominating Jamie Ward. Hope his injury is minor. Knockaert 8 - Quiet night for Knockaert but he worked his balls off and took up some really brilliant attacking positions too. Drinkwater 9 - Bossed the midfield, the lynchpin of the side. James 8.5 - Excellent foil for Drinkwater, thought there were one or two small mistakes in his game and should have scored but still a great performance. Dyer 8.5 - Absolutely all over Wisdom and some great balls into the box, not to mention shots on targets. Best winger in the league on current form. Nugent 10 - Unplayable tonight, two goals, two assists, take a ****ing bow. Vardy 9.5 - Gave the Derby defence no rest and his goal was gloriously taken. So happy for him. Subs - All had a contribution to make in seeing the game out. Delighted tonight.

Collymore Posted 10 January 2014 Posted 10 January 2014 Being totally realistic I'd say that we were consistent 8s all through the team. It rarely happens, normally we have 9s and 7s and 6s and 8s but I think everyone was a 8 (apart from Knockart 7.5 and Nugent 9)

RDL 9 - whoever that kid sky were wanking over pre game was he didn't touch the ball. Great goal. Moore 8 - lost his man for the goal Morgan 8.5 Konch 8 Knockers 7.5 - nothing major of note going forward, covered very well and I love it when he gets his flicks out at the end of a game. Drinky 9 James 9 - both CMs were fúcking boss. Lloyd 8.5 - typical of this season's Lloyd, no goals though Nuge 10 - 2 goals 2 assists 200% workrate Vardy 9.5 - magic

Kept his calm when Leicester were playing the ball back to him a lot. de Laet 9.5 - MOTM for me on the basis that he does not put a foot wrong unlike Nugent who made an odd error. A complete full back. Flawless in both defending and attacking. Morgan 8- Never troubled Moore 9 - Get better and better. Unlucky to hit the bar with his header. Konchesky 8 - Same as Morgan. Hope his injury is not too bad. Pulled something I think. Knockaert 7 - Speak volumes that our most creative player was quiet but we still won 4-1. Stuck in and did his bit at times. Drinkwater 9 - Controlled the game. James 9 - Same as DD. Beautiful ball to Schlupp at the end. Dyer 8.5 - Rest did him a world of good. Back at his best. Nugent 9.5 - Did everything. Linked up with Vardy, closed defenders down, clever balls, 100 percent effort and commitent, you could see how shattered he was when he came off. Two goals and assists to boot. Vardy 9 - Worked his balls off. How many pens did he won this season??? Wood 8- Held the ball up well at times, should have did better with his chance though-match rusty maybe? Schlupp 7- Positioning errant at the start but settled in well. GTF 7-Just to maintain the average of everyone having at least 7! Pearson-10 Tactics and Subs spot on
kingfox Posted 10 January 2014 Posted 10 January 2014 Schmeichel 6 - He didn't have to do nothing De Laet 9 - What a well taken goal, constant threat going forward, solid defensively Morgan 8 - Hardly troubled, beast Moore 8 - Hardly troubled, beast(mark 2) Konchesky 8 - He is getting back to his consistent best Knockaert 7 - Alright here and there Drinkwater 9 - Controlled the midfield basically from the start James 8 - That miss was terrible, but he does a lot of other things so well, excellent footballer Dyer 8 - Good shift again from Lloyd Nugent 8 - His best performance of the season Vardy 10 - I want him to kiss me

That flick for Nugent made me cream my pants a little bit. God I love our team <3 That's the best I've seen us play this season. Still a long way to go, let's keep it up!

An absolute joy to watch. 8's for Kasper, Konchesky, Moore, Morgan and Knocky. 9's for Drinkwater, James, Dyer and de Laet who scored a cracking goal. 9.5's for Nugent and Vardy. Their movement and understanding was top notch. If I had to pick a man of the match I'd go for Nugent. Thought he barely put a foot wrong tonight and did something useful with the ball every time
