Again, like last time, an absolute bizarre time to come out and act like this prediction has anymore weight than it did three weeks ago, I'd expect us to avoid defeat against Blackpool and Charlton at home. we're top, Their relegation threatened. And I know Barnsley did us at Oakwell last season but we're 1st and their 24th for a reason. Blackburn will be a stern test and Yeovil should be straight forward. After which we have the games where at some point Youngy will come unstuck, When he made the prediction the games against Forest Burnley Wigan and Reading away is where most of us expected us to lose and we still have 3 out of those four games to play.

XLM Posted 18 March 2014 Posted 18 March 2014 Take confidence from the games you've seen us play in. (If you have that is, if not, at least the player ratings etc). We've dominated in parts, and in some periods of play we genuinely look like we're playing a team in a division lower than ourselves. Honestly think twice if you think Pearson won't be prepare for every single one of those games in his true, anal fashion that's seen us do so well this year.

Scum Because we could have Messi, Iniesta & Xavi in our side and Forest would often find a way to sneak a decent result. They've been at it for years.

In the last third of last season, our record was W3, D6, L8; in the same period, Forest's record was W7, D5, L3. In other words, although our form wasn't the disaster that some people thought, Forest's was significantly better: so it was perfectly reasonable to expect that they would finish above us this season. I think what a lot of us didn't realise is just how good the City squad was, and how that defeat at Watford would galvanise the team for this season. I didn't think for one minute that we would run away with the league this season, and I'm really pleased that I was wrong. Does that make me "scum"?
