On the pitch if we get promoted

Recommended Posts

Not bothered about our promotion, can't wait to taunt the Doncaster lot on their relegation (safely behind the line of stewards obviously).

Doncaster getting relegated at our ground would be one of the biggest moments in our clubs history.

Leicester go up and donny go down will be funny. But I hope we get promoted the home game before that so we can have the trophy against donny

I don't see how someone going down can be funny really. Maybe if it was Forest or Milwall.

It's pure selfishness. 11 of us get to strip the players to their pants and vest and get souvenirs or 32,000 people get to applaud a lap of honour........bigsy bagsy I get Knockaert's shirt, someone else (braver than me) can try for Wasileski's shorts. And good luck catching Dyer, better start sprint training now.

I've instructed my husband that from this moment forward any money I have left is going on a match ticket - I'll be 100th on that pitch if/when we do get promoted (well it's not fashionable to be 1st is it  )

Would you actually sit there and wait until literally everyone else is on the pitch and then think to yourself "seems safe to go" and take that step onto the pitch?

Well my chum he will be waiting a long time, I'm not going to risk losing my flask and blanket by going onto the playing surface.

I shall remain seated at all times like the rules say, I might give a small applause of appreciation for the seasons hard work by the players and staff.

I'll bring enough smarties for everyone.

You need to check that out with Jamie Vardy he's organising it all.

Someone else may be bringing the smarties.

I've put my name down for jack Daniels.

Nothing sums up the spontaneous joy of the pitch invasion better than someone pre-organising it on an internet forum.

Exactly

If it feels right just do it, no need to plan it.

Orient away many moons ago last game of the season.

The famous Oxford game at Filbert Street.

Mind you it won't be me, I'm on the back row of N block (with my 13 yr old lad before I have the forum Gestapo moaning at me for being in the Family Stand) and my knees barely allow me to get up there at the start of the game, I truly will be buggered trying to get down the front at the end of the game.
