Dan Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 He's South American, he scores goals, he's got a good all round game, he seems so harmless off the pitch, he has a catchy and original song. I love Leonardo Ulloa.
Stadt Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 An Everton fan on their forum said he won't score again after his goal against them.
Steven Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 Leicester City striker Leonardo Ulloa still surprised by club record fee http://www1.skysports.com/transfer/news/11712/9466771/premier-league-leicester-city-striker-leonardo-ulloa-still-surprised-by-club-record-fee
Fox_in_a_Box Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 Well then I guess the goal I watched him score against the gunners was just a part of my imagination.
MC Prussian Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 Good piece on the recent Argentine influx into the Premier League: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/angel-di-maria-manchester-united-winger-leads-the-premier-leagues-argentinian-invasion-9724896.html Ulloa is quoted a fair bit in it. I'd like to know whether anyone at the club did in fact record his song that he had to perform in front of everybody else during the Thailand tour...
dedlock Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 He's made a really good start. He may not continue to score 2 in 3 but I've no doubt he'll manage 10 or 12 in the season which is essential to stay in PL. He will improve as he familiarises his teammates moves.Don't forget those 2 in 3 were against top sides and in a disrupted team from the side that finished so well last season
Chug Laguna Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 I personally love him. Nice work-rate, some good finishing that may need a bit of work. Listened to him talk and he sounds like a good guy that I would want at my club. Looks a bit wonky which is part of the charm. Fancy him to score tomorrow.
Steven Posted 12 September 2014 Posted 12 September 2014 An old Uni friend is a BHA season ticket holder and when Ulloa was out with injury he had a long chat with Ulloa and he says "I had a chat with him in Spanish halfway through last season, seemed a really nice chap."
lgfualol Posted 13 September 2014 Posted 13 September 2014 Absolutely love him. 3 in 4 is incredible. Sorry Nigel for saying you spent too much..
Tielemans63 Posted 13 September 2014 Posted 13 September 2014 Can't believe people still question Nige's acquisitions. Haven't people learned?
dedlock Posted 13 September 2014 Posted 13 September 2014 This guy knows how to score! Like many,I wondered whether it could be another akinbadbuy but no. 3 in 4 suggests he will be a vital acquisition, dare I suggest 15 goals?
foxfanazer Posted 13 September 2014 Posted 13 September 2014 Had my doubts but he's just what we need
Simmsy Posted 13 September 2014 Posted 13 September 2014 Anyone got the link of the article listing all the players we should have signed instead of him? It will be even more funny now than it was before!
