Grandad. Posted 24 August 2015 Posted 24 August 2015 How has Billy Kee gone from scoring for fun at Burton to only getting the last ten minutes for Accrington? He's played 255 minutes in his last three games before the Notts County game, so was rested as Stanley only played one upfront away from home.

Ah ok fair enough, my league two knowledge comes from the highlights programme on Saturday night.

Surely putting on a football/rugby special when either play makes sense.
Matt Posted 6 September 2015 Posted 6 September 2015 Burton 1-0 Cov. Cov OG As for the train line, 75 people? Well done to the train operator for catering to Coventry's fanbase.
Soar Fox Posted 6 September 2015 Posted 6 September 2015 Good game is this. It's actually better than watching the boring "super Sunday" games that get put on every week.
Corky Posted 6 September 2015 Author Posted 6 September 2015 Commentators are loving the occasion. Coventry are a massive club fallen on hard times (how long do hard times last?), Burton are a small club in dreamland (fairly accurate), Coventry take thousands everywhere, Mowbray preaches wonderful football, Hasselbaink is virtually on the move from Burton any time soon to a bigger club. Anyhow, decent match so far.
marko Posted 6 September 2015 Posted 6 September 2015 2-1 Coventry. You'll have to go and kick the cat or something, Matt.
Wymsey Posted 6 September 2015 Posted 6 September 2015 It'd be great if Burton got promoted again, considering their lower league level history. Hope Millwall continue to struggle, due to various reasons. Think it's a matter of time before Portsmouth go up.
Merging Cultures Posted 10 September 2015 Posted 10 September 2015 75 passengers once an hour. Surely putting on a football/rugby special when either play makes sense. You'd think so. But the safety group have also said they can't run a service for 60mins after the end of a game anyway. The operator says that means people could wait up to two hours for a train to come after a game. Quite amusing.
Wymsey Posted 16 September 2015 Posted 16 September 2015 It's sad that the turmoil goes on and on for Blackpool fans. Once the owners go, the better the future. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-34268761

The club chairman Cardozo is quoted as saying a takover is currently in process and the money is ought to be paid back by the end of the deadline. Source: BBC

That's ridiculous. Even Villa representatives went across to Coventry Uni! Aren't Coventry City keen on their community!?

Grandad. Posted 30 September 2015 Posted 30 September 2015 Accrington flying high! Long way to go but Billy Kee did say to me that if they could get a CB in or improve dramatically at the back collectively then they will do alright this season, well they've done very well so far! Need to get to 40 points as soon as they can!
MC Prussian Posted 7 October 2015 Posted 7 October 2015 David Dunn appointed new manager at Oldham Athletic. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/34465264
Matt Posted 16 October 2015 Posted 16 October 2015 How the mighty have fallen. Great signing tbh, especially in that league. I say that through gritted teeth.
