They've got a loud PA system i'll give them that (Or shit soundproofing in the box that Sky are presenting from), the Sky panel are almost having to shout.

Agreed but (and this is literally the only insider info I've ever had) he apparently is a really nice chap who says the right things in interviews/appraisals etc and keeps his job on that basis. Apparently stick him in a studio (as he has done in the Middle East) and he is genuinely insightful.
