A bit ott for a flag though even if they were happy in the end.

 

I saw 'the bubble has burst' banner up on level 5 before kick off near the giant screen/behind goal. Looked up at halftime it had gone, did this get removed by powers that be?

Yeah that was in front of where we were and a steward came across and told them to take it down. Ridiculous really because there was no way it was blocking anyone's view below.

Exactly.  Unbelievable. Me and my dad tried to talk to the Steward about it and explain that the boxes below were set back quite a long way but she wasn't having any of it. Oh well.

They just like the power to tell people what to do.  They must have very low self esteem.

There was a couple of flags hanging just a row in front of where I was sitting, one was wrapped around the railings and the other kept rising up in the strong breeze and obscuring the game, the lad whose flag it was kept pushing it down, in the second half it nearly went down on those below when the string on one end loosened and he and his mate had to grab it quickly, after that they wrapped it round the railing too.

Didn't have any problems with ours, the stewards even helped us put them on the front rail. 

 

I didn't even get my bag checked inside or outside the turnstile.

The Kop's going to look great next season hopefully with the flags, we might even see some new ones with the designs that have been put on here. Although if the Kop had a front rail fence it would be amazing.

With the amount of designs that have been posted, there should be a lot of new ones. Hopefully a fair few will put them up.

Yeah absolutely. Leads me to think though if the demand becomes really high for spaces, they should start going on the front rail providing the club allow it, which they don't at the moment.

Was that block 519? They were mine, well, one was, I was minding the other for a mate. After putting them up I didnt go near them again, was on row 6 so the lads on front row looked after them.

520, I was on row 2, one was a blue flag, the other an England flag, on the Wembley pictures thread you can just see them on the second from bottom pic where it says 2016

Think its the first post, second from bottom pic, top tier where it says 2016 in the crowd, there are three England flags, its the far right one with a barely visible blue flag next to it.

Ah I see. The blue one is mine but a friend had it for the game. But saying that they all look so small from that picture. I managed to get a good picture of mine from block 112. Pleased with how it's turned out, considering I painted it myself as well

Ok it's not the best picture, hopefully will look better at the back of the kop.

Did not overly bother me, just thought it was funny the amount of effort put in to keep pushing it back down and kept thinking it should have been weighted at the bottom.

Amazing how a fairly large flag looks so small on the front of the stadium. 

 

I keep losing rivets on one of mine so might bin it before long.
