Poakey Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 What's he say on Twitter then for this 2 match ban?
Dan Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 The FA are an absolute ****ing joke. They regularly allow cheating to go unpunished yet as soon as someone takes part in a childish, yet harmless game on Twitter they're given a two match ban? What actually goes through these people's minds? Seems to me like more utter nobheads prioritising being 'PC' above everything even though it's complete faux bollocks.
Guest seanfox778 Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Great for both parties, we need a centreback and Huth likes ladyboys and I'm sure our owners can help him out.
MC Prussian Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 The two-game ban is kind of negligible. It'd also give him more time to adapt to the new club surroundings and allow him to train more under Pearson as a preparation for the match against Arsenal away. Huth is a quality defender with plenty of Premier League experience and would add much-needed stability to our back four (a back four that has actually performed not too badly on its own in recent weeks). In any case, we could do with some German Oak.

AKCJ Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Surely just a fine is what's needed, if anything? Why should clubs be punished for a player's personal twitter account?
RedSoxUK Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Surely just a fine is what's needed, if anything? Why should clubs be punished for a player's personal twitter account? Pretty shit ban tbh. He was commenting on pics of transgenders, with their genitals censored out - so he was guessing penis or vagina. He did use the word 'schlong'.
Guest Cujek Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 What's he say on Twitter then for this 2 match ban? Comenting on photos from an account called @cockornocock The Huth, the Huth, the Huth is on fire.
NewquayFox Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 A non football comment on Twitter gets a 2 match ban from football beggars belief, inept Referees continue to make complete and utter crap decisions in football matches and get away with it. The worlds gone mad....
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Agree Newquay but I still think there is so much corruption in football; especially when you consider the inept refereeing decisions
Clever Fox Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 It's arguably questionably in law if they have any right to take action against him. By the actions of the FA their taking away his freedom of speech. I agree they are a joke and the sooner someone takes them on the better or the game will continue to stagnate with questionable decisions and no action.

I guess they'd argue "bringing the game into disrepute". Anyway missing 1 week gives him time to settle in and be ready.
weller54 Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Hope he swears allegiance to us.. And promises The Huth, The whole Huth and nothing but The Huth...

Guest seanfox778 Posted 1 February 2015 Posted 1 February 2015 Did Stoke's game yesterday count as one of the suspended games?

m4DD0gg Posted 1 February 2015 Posted 1 February 2015 I pray that he replaces calamity but cannot see it happening :z
red5 Posted 1 February 2015 Posted 1 February 2015 I pray that he replaces calamity but cannot see it happening :z If he comes in and replaces Was then it's fcuk off pearson for sure.
steveherbe Posted 1 February 2015 Posted 1 February 2015 If he comes in and replaces Was then it's fcuk off pearson for sure. Seconded. If Huth replaces Was I'll start the 'Pearson Out' chant on saturday. He'll also get 'You dont know what you're doing', cos we were good at that one at Spurs, directed at the ref obviously.
sylofox Posted 1 February 2015 Posted 1 February 2015 Pity our game isn't Sunday....Then, theoretically, he could serve his ban in 24hrs!! Could you please explain how your theory works?
LCCFox96 Posted 1 February 2015 Posted 1 February 2015 Could you please explain how your theory works? Not my theory but would this work if Stoke were playing on Saturday (game 1 ban) and ourselves on Sunday (game 2 ban) and he had signed on the Saturday evening between the 2 matches? Seems like its bending the rules slightly but he would still have sat out 2 matches. Hoping we get this one over the line - seems very close now.

He did not sign as it was after mid day Friday so not eligable to play for us. So stopping at Stoke ment he served 1 game. You can not play in any w/end fixture even a monday night game if you miss the 12 noon deadline.
