Babylon Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 This I agree with but I don't think that's what Pearson's thinking. He'd have to leave out Kramaric or Ulloa to make that happen. And I'm not sure I've seen us play 4-5-1 well under Nige. Neither have I, but that's what I'd have planned for pre season. To be honest that's what I thought Cambiasso was coming in for to play in a three when we needed it. Anyway... I'm no tactical genius and we could well be in the same position we are now.
justfoxes Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Need a better performance city come on get into the FOOKERS !!
Dr The Singh Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Yep.. he should have said "we're shit, we're going down" before we kicked a ball.I would have preferred, "I havent a fooking clue, because I am a arrogant twat, with self belief that blinds any sort of reality"Yep.. he should have said "we're shit, we're going down" before we kicked a ball.I would have preferred, "I havent a fooking clue, because I am a arrogant twat, with self belief that blinds any sort of reality"
Blanesta Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Kramaric looks absolutely clueless. Great purchase Nige, well done. There are no words......
WardyisPukka Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Another stupid and damn right pathetic decision from Nigel to put King and Drinky in the middle together. The worst CM pairing at this club - anyone else see's different is blind and stupid
weller54 Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 We need 6 or 7 more wins to stay up, we've got 16 games left including today, only two of those games are tougher than United away. Manchester United at Old Trafford, at this stage of the season, is not must win. It's just not. True.. But not a 5/6 goal drubbing!!!
Mark Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Well it's a bit late to put 3 in middle, did it really not cross our managers mind?
bellind Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Lets face it united were always gonna be up for this one, i dont mind as much when we lose to a better team. What really annoys me though is Pearson not allowing us to have a real go. King and drinkwater cannot play in the same team. Drinkwater has just not been the same since he came back. We needed someone who could control the midlfield , cambiasso should have started. I know he wouldnt have lasted 90 mins however the longer we held it at 0-0 the more fraustrated they would have become. hamer not starting is just crazy. Vardy when we have a man with premiership experience who plays in that position is just stupid. Im sorry Nige but today i think you got this wrong Drinkwater hates it when Kings along side him, so why does Pearson ever play King
GingerrrFox Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Buy the Croatian number 9 for £9.5 million and play him on the wing. Great ****ing logic. **** this game. We've lost.
Buzzell Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Are we playing Kramaric out wide? RM by the looks of it.
Lobma Thundrup Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 I'll take a good stream from whoever has one please. There's goals left in this game! I have just sent one to you Jimmy. Please save it too, for future weeks. All games are on that site, every week.
Mark_w Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 True.. But not a 5/6 goal drubbing!!! I must have missed the 4th and 5th/6th goals.
weller54 Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 We are down if we don't beat Palace. Pretty much this!!
Babylon Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Well it's a bit late to put 3 in middle, did it really not cross our managers mind? Yeah, poor bloke.
Buzzell Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 So what formation now? 4-5-1 by the looks of it.
LCFCSOULBOY Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 But this same argument can pretty much be aimed at Pearson in every game, even the few we have won. Let's be totally honest he has made a complete cock up of our first season back and to be honest, not done himself or his reputation many favors. Could not agree more. How many embarrasments is it going to take for all the Pearson Believers to realize he is costing us games.
Kitchandro Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 We need 6 or 7 more wins to stay up, we've got 16 games left including today, only two of those games are tougher than United away. Manchester United at Old Trafford, at this stage of the season, is not must win. It's just not. Oh so that makes it ok to just surrender to a thrashing then, I guess? It seems you're excusing the players today - fans like you piss me off more than the quitters wearing our shirt. Man Utd lost 7 times at home last season. We beat them earlier in the season. Now all of a sudden it's impossible to beat them. Bullshit. This is football, we're not playing it today. If we end up relegated every fvcking game has contributed to our points tally, this one included.
Sir Shep Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Losing away at Man U is to be expected, fair enough but I'd expect more of a fight from us. We just seem to have given up and that's what hurts and frustrates.
Dr The Singh Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Yeah, poor bloke. You talking about Mark or Pearson
Babylon Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Buy the Croatian number 9 for £9.5 million and play him on the wing. Great ****ing logic. **** this game. We've lost. To be fair, we needed three in the middle so we needed to lose one of the expensive players.
