Callabinho Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 I actually haven't got a problem with the line up (starting line up), possibly would have included Hammond/Cambiasso but both have only recently returned from injury. There was a decent amount of pace in the side, however United have just been good. The different has been Di Maria, he has ran at our midfield and defence committing players, thus creating space for the other players, who happen to be Van Persie, Rooney and Falcao.. Take the piss out their post Fergie fragilities as much as you want, that's a terrifying attack.

We've seen so many sides get something from Old Trafford in the last two years by having a go - I'm bemused by Pearson's decision to try and contain and nick something. Three individual errors we didn't need for all three goals too. I also worry about Kamaric at this stage. His confidence will be destroyed if he plays too many more games like this.

pSinatra Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Absolutely no composure on the ball. The ball comes near them, they panic & kick it way as soon as possible. It's not just this game. It's been going on for weeks/months. You can't keep giving the ball away to a decent team. We get away with it against the shit teams, but Man U are punishing us & deservedly so. Try a few easy passes. Look up every now & again. It's schoolboy stuff.

The United players who on their day are all clearly miles ahead of our players, might have been a tad more motivated for this match than the Cambridge match?
