Mahrez was fantastic up until the crunch (10 men Palace behind the ball,) and I thought Cambiasso really showed his attacking quality, and Wasyl - his smart tackling, and awareness in defense really made Morgan look like his assistant. Konchesky was poor but managed to get in some attacking positions, I believe RDL would have been better - Simpson was embarrassed by Zaha too often, though what can you expect, Morgan is too slow and the quicker the management realise Morgan's about as comfortable on and off the ball as Leonardo Ulloa, the quicker he'll be dropped. Yeah and Ulloa needs to learn how to control. Lacked spark and creativity in the second half, should have taken Ulloa off for Kramaric the minute Palace went in front. I won't be one to say we're unlucky and blah, because we're honestly bottom for a reason, and we'll stay in the bottom three for a while, we're just not good enough at this level. Pearson could have perhaps made changes sooner / started slightly differently, but ultimately we have to give our lads some credit today, we were playing Crystal Palace off the field, just without the finishing touch. I look forward to getting something from the big boys in the coming games, i'm sure that's how this works... On a side note, I thought Konchesky's tackle at the end was deserved of a red card and he's lucky as **** to get away with that - and Pearson should receive a fine or some sort of discipline, because holding MacArthur on his neck/throat or on his collar whatever on the floor is completely unacceptable, and even preventing him playing on to me, makes Pearson look like an emotionally drained man waiting for the inevitable relegation. I respect him to bits, just thought his actions should be looked at, the game doesn't need it. If that was Pardew on Mahrez i'm sure we'd be in uproar.

For a team that punts the ball in the air we never seem to win the first or second ball. Should've took Ulloa off instead of Nugent. How is Karamic supposed to score if he's no where near goal when he gets the ball. Palace were in park the bus mode by the time he came on so he's never going to get around a defence that packed. Nugget would've caused more of a threat than Ulloa. Wes has to be dropped, Simpson was never in it and looks too lazy at times. Jeff was good in spells in the first half but at times looks like he is on a 3 second delay.

So grow up or go play in traffic. you are deluded. we were ok first half, Palace more invention and threat second.
