Phube Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 City: Schwarzer, De Laet, Upson, Huth, Morgan ©, Schlupp, Vardy, Cambiasso, James, Mahrez, Kramarić. Subs: Schmeichel, Drinkwater, King, Lawrence, Ulloa, Wasilewski, Nugent. 3-5-1-1 ?
Torten Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 I mean, that's probably the most attacking line-up you could possibly play whilst still having a back 3.
benpicko Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 The players are basically exactly who I wanted, Nugent rather than Vardy though, but that reads as though Vardy's a winger rather than up front with Kramaric
darko2k7 Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 I like the look of that team plenty of pace in it . COYB 2-0 city
SMX11 Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Albrighton really must have pissed on NP's chips. Unless he is injured.
Xen Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Happier with that, cant tell if its a 3-5-2/5-3-2 or a 5-4-1 though.. No Hamer, but Schmeichel back in (albeit on the bench). Simpson's FINALLY gone, and not even a sub. Morgan still favoured ahead of Was though
The Doctor Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 5-4-1 then with Mahrez and Vardy as the wingers. Not too bad, finally pace at wing back and no Simpson as well!
Phube Posted 14 March 2015 Author Posted 14 March 2015 Albrighton really must have pissed on NP's chips. Unless he is injured. Only Hammond and Schmeical are injured...
Guest Bilo Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Pleased with that aside from Albrighton's total absence and the seeming disappearance of Hamer. Can only presume the bearded one has either knobbed Pearson's daughter, joined ISIS or shacked up with Crncic.
Babylon Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Albrighton really must have pissed on NP's chips. Unless he is injured.Or he's not a team player and not trusted, doesn't HAVE to be about pissing anyone off.
Guest Bilo Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 All joking aside, decent line-up. RDL and Schlupp could be monstrous on the break and Kramaric gets the strike partner he so obviously needs.
EastAnglianFox Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 I like that! Still in the back of my mind as to what Albrighton must be doing/not doing in training. Not saying he is our saviour but do find it odd...feel for Hamer too..but come on boys..3-1!
lgfualol Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Decent. Enough defence to make sure Morgan doesn't cost us and a great attack. COME ON LEICESTER
cjslcfc Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Only disappoinment for me there is wasilewski not playing. At least with attacking wing backs kramaric will get more support. Thank god konch and Simpson are finally out the team. I'm sure quite a few have been calling for de laet and schlupp as WBs in this formation.
Crinklyfox Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Mahrez will most likely be subbed at some point.... for Lawrence? Surely Albrighton would be the better option. Other than that it looks like a team that has to go for it, which is what we need.
Kitchandro Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Improvement in selection but some obvious mistakes with the back 5 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
RedSoxUK Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 I feel like this is a little confusing, and has probably been worked on in training since after the Man City game. Great to see RDL down the side, and Schlupp as his opposite too, they'll be important today Kind of strange to see Vardy in there ahead of Nugent, but I think Vardy will be nipping at players heels constantly upfront rather than be out wide.
J.Lisemore Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 A much better line-up which we should of used weeks ago. Hope the lads pull it out the bag today
benpicko Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 City: Schwarzer, De Laet, Upson, Huth, Morgan ©, Schlupp, Vardy, Cambiasso, James, Mahrez, Kramarić. Subs: Schmeichel, Drinkwater, King, Lawrence, Ulloa, Wasilewski, Nugent. 3-5-1-1 ? Considering the defence is written out as you'd expect them to line up I'm guessing Vardy's a winger rather than another striker
Merging Cultures Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 5-4-1 Pretty attacking with the wingbacks overlapping the wingers. Should give Kram a lot of support... I hope.
