Is he likeable...really

I'm sure he has friends... Namely Schwarzer and Wes but forget Pearson as a manager the guy just doesn't come across as someone I respect as a person.

Mourinho is arrogant but can afford to be Pearson has literally done nothing at the highest level yet seems determined to continue to drag our club in the mire.

He interviews like a tw#t and thinks its so important that he doesn't say what he really thinks in case his important words are misquoted.

O'Neill and Mickey I liked as managers and people Pearson nah.....not having it...get out of my club

Theres a difference between an arrogant charisma and flat out arrogance. Pearson has the latter.

Not dead keen but I'm not really bothered about charisma, I'm bothered about winning games. I'd emply a toilet roll holder if it could win us games.

I like Pearson, he has done wonders for this club for which I'll always be grateful and appreciative. BUT he is clearly not cut out for this division at the moment and I do think he should fall on his sword. Let someone else in who can tinker and prepare us for next season. Thanks Nigel for what you've done but time to go mate.

Look, nobody can take away last seasons achievements. But the reality is, the guy lost the plot a long time ago and continues to further ruin his legacy. 9 months ago he was celebrating on top of that bus and rightly praised, now we want to chuck him under it. The pressure of managing in the fish bowl of the premier league has gotten to him, big time. His decisions are absolutely baffling. For his own sake, as much as ours he needs to go and he needs to go now.

Where's the passion from him I don't see it on the bench or in his interviews it's like he's not bothered. His team this season is playing like him passionless.

Since when do managers have to be likeable in public?

These days, football fans often quickly mistake the public persona with personality.

Was MON ever likeable? I'm sure he behaved in strange ways himself and wasn't too much on the funny or soundbite side, either.

People tended to look past his sour attitude because he was successful at the same time.

I like him, he's not good enough for this level but he's an interesting character, usually does things the right way.

Look I'm just saying I don't like the guy...this season he's shown his true colours

Yeah he's likeable and cares about the club. He's defintey cracked under pressure though. I still think he needs to be given a go in the Champ again to see if he can rediscover his mojo

He's clearly a sociopath. He'll remain convinced that his arrogance is justified in spite of this season delivering a rather vicious blow by blow account of his inadequacies at this level. He might be a nice bloke, but the image he presents in public is so heavily manipulated it's hard to tell what kind of person he actually is.

Couldn't give a toss if he is likeable or not - he's not here for that, he's here to manage the team to keep us in the PL and it's that that he's not doing.

Who cares if he's nice or not.

We're as good as down now, I honestly thought we had a little chance and hadn't given up, but after that abject performance today, we should get a new manager in place and let him use the next games to work out what he needs to do in the summer - assuming we don't have a transfer embargo due to failing FFP, but that's another story.

I'm sick of the players effort and passion disappearing in the games we absolutely should be making the most effort - that is down to the manager in my opinion, and his failure to lift them and motivate them.

I'm so angry.

Pearson OUT.

Haven't much against Pearson, save for the tactics currently being employed. In his interviews he has proven to have a sense of humour by joking with the reporters  and being relaxed and at ease (as much as he can). I actually like the man, but unfortunately this season he has turned us into Leicester City circus.

Yeah I've never met him, never will and have absolutely no idea what he's like as a person but yeah fvck him he's not likeable as a person.
