Always a risk if you sign quite a few big name players. Gibson will have signed Downing, no doubt about it.

It's not about where you live. it really is. teams are rivals because of their fans, if you never come into contact with a derby fan you're not going to care much about them. i'd much rather us beat liverpool or everton or now leeds or arsenal than forest or coventry because i live with, work with and am friends with their fans, whereas i've never met a coventry fan in my life.

Exactly. I never was really that bothered about Forest, but a few years ago I started work with a couple of Forest fans so there becomes abit of rivalry and dare I say the word 'banter'.

Mark Davies, Jay Spearing, Darren Pratley & Liam Trotter. We had 2 of them on loan and I'm sure we were interested in Trotter at one point. Also Darren Pratley was one of the best midfielders in the league when Swansea got promoted.
