Absolutely no thought on here for the individuals and their situations, just raw feelings of sacking them and wanting them to fall over. If I threw people away the moment that people made mistakes, I am pretty sure I wouldn't know anyone. You carry on having with your "get rid" mentality. I will continue to feel quite sad, knowing that one of these lads is a thoroughly decent individual who has made a massive mistake. I for one hope they all learn from it and more than that, I really really hope they come through it and make a living for themselves in the profession that they have been working in. I think you completely misread the thoughts of others, we have all made mistakes when young but I don't remember completely disrespecting or racially abusing another person. These men had to suffer the consequences to realise they have made a mistake. Clearly when filming and sharing their exploits thy did not see anything wrong in what they had done. They are living extremly privellidged lives and need that taking away from them to realise it won't always be money, girls and the high life. I hope they and others in similar situations do learn from this and do not find themselves in a situation like this again. I would love now for them to grow up and all pick up new clubs and go on to have sucees, but ther position at the was untenable the moment they took the actions they did. Was their punishment correct? Yes. Do we hope they learn from this? Yes All three lads if they sort themselves out will play league football again in the future.

Girls won't be bothered about what they've done previously all they'll be bothered about is having a WAG lifestyle having the nice shoes, handbags etc. Look at what wives and girlfriends have previously put up with, Adam Johnsons Mrs staying with him whilst he's been accused of underage sex, Wayne Rooney sleeping with oap hookers, Ched Evans being found guilty of rape, Ryan Giggs having an affair with his brothers wife. Johnson what 50k a week Rooney supposed 300k a week Giggs 120k a week The only one that backs up your argument is evans what 2k a week praps 3. Our 3 will be on fvck all unless very lucky. And if they pick up hot birds does it not say more about the bird if they want to be with morons like these 3? Good luck to them all just glad our club has ditched the lot of them.

They were, and still are, in an incredibly privileged position and chose of their own free will to abuse that privilege in a quite sickening way. How would you feel if it was your daughter being abused in such a way? The lads can consider themselves lucky. They broke laws, it could have been much worse for them. They'll still have reasonably lucrative careers in football and even if not, they're still perfectly capable of earning a living like the rest of us. These guys have lost an awful lot for one of them saying slit eye and being foolish in filming it. I remember a teacher calling me four eyes on a number of occasions when I was 10 years old. Not pleasant. She was about 50 at the time and she suffered far less consequences verbally abusing a ten year old than these lads did shagging whores. But anyway, carry on, go get em. It's great that you know one of the lads involved, and rightly so you're sticking up for him / them. We would all stick up for friends who made mistakes so I get that bit. But you cannot possibly criticise others for having a different opinion. We live in a day and age where everyone has smart phones and these videos can be passed around so easily. And yes, if this wasn't a group of footballers then nothing would have been mentioned in the media. I'm sure there lots of blokes doing similar / worse things that aren't shown in the media. But that's where the lads went so wrong. You can say it's unfair they've been treated so harshly but you have to understand that they're in a profession where they have an incredibly privileged existence, who earn thousands of pounds a week to do what they love! In a room you cannot film a meeting if you are not involved. It is more complex though and this applies to US and UK from what I have seen I think it was wrong of the trio to film it. It is not a petty thing that the reputation of LCFC was damage. Pearson snr and the club are advocates of anti racism and the media coverage deflected the public's attention away from the playing side of things. With the players now gone they focas hopefully move back to the positive side. I do however hope the three can put this behind them but at the same time cause them to think before acting in future and maybe other youth players will learn a lesson too.

As for the role model part, they were representing our club, our club is a globally recognised brand trying to build a strong following in Asia, an important and lucrative market with many strategic and tactical benefits. The business speak is for a reason, whilst we know football is a game and not a business, success on the pitch relies on commercial success off the pitch. If this was any other type of business trying to break into the Asian market and one of their employees was caught doing that and it became front page news they would be sacked, it is not ridiculously high standards, and it is not because they are role models, it is about protecting the integrity of the brand. Then why was it such a big story, if one of Apple's junior marketing team was caught fvcking prostitutes, it wouldn't have made the news and their brand wouldn't have been damaged. So it is not so much that they are role models to thousands of kids (they aren't really anyway, but they could become one) it is that they are representatives of our club, and their actions damage the club. Look at Grealish and Sterling their antics have done nothing to damage the club, only themselves, and this is where being a role model comes into it, but Wilshere was representing the club when he started singing offensive songs and should be punished, like these boys were. Why he then brings up drink driving, violent conduct by Rugby players and Rangers players I don't know, it is irrelevant that is not about being a role model, rather it is about being violent and deserving to be punished.
